Your body is LOVING you right now. So many beautiful, nourishing foods. I started a diet (not exact) but similar to this where I’m basically not putting anything processes in my body. I can’t tell you how amazing I feel! Best I’ve felt in years and I always considered myself a healthy person, but this has taken me to a whole new level!

Thanks for sharing your childhood relationship with food. I was addicted to sweets at one point during my childhood as well. I also love the way you described how you now see those bad foods vs. the good healthier foods you eat, as well as acknowledging the consequences of eating those tasty unhealthy foods. I also felt deprived from not eating certain foods, but finding food replacements have been such a lifesaver! Eating healthy is possible it just takes some time. This video really resonated with me a lot. Thanks so much!

Omg christine! I just made your sushi wrap you keep eating (lol!) for my dinner tonight and it was SO GOOD!
I made a simplified version for all you lazy people like me 😂
    -store bought garlic hummus
-pre-cut shredded cabbage and carrot salad mix
    -cucumber
    -avocado
-all wrapped up in nori sheets
And omg guys, it was so good just like that! I thought i would've needed soy sauce to dip it in, but it was so not needed! Thanks for sharing these videos! ❤

I am enjoying this series! I love seeing how different people eat, and always get inspired by new ideas. I am not vegan, but that doesn't mean I don't need more greens and vegetables in my life too! I also like including seeds in my diet...but had moved away from them for one reason or another, but I am back to eating them daily, and increasing my greens. I am loving these video's...including storage and groceries. I also live with someone that eats very differently from me...I appreciate you sharing how you deal with it and view it. Thanks!

Yep, I have a lot of food allergies and intolerances. That is how I started looking up different websites for cleaner eating. Did that for about three years. Felt great, beautiful skin, lost loads of weight. Then met my fiancee. He loves to cook. So little by little it slowly left me. Gained some weight back. Eating lots of sweets again. I am a Sugar addict. Now starting all over again. Not easy, but I already know what to do. And watching your videos and some others is greatly helping to motivate me . Thank you.

Have you ever looked into leaky gut/intestinal permeability? I think you said you have problems with nightshades and you might have a histamine issue since you can’t have chocolate. When you heal your gut, you can start to introduce new foods. Sometimes food sensitivities aren’t because of the food themselves but are a result of your gut health! But if you have and imbalance of bacteria, yeast, or parasites, you’ll need to treat those first before sealing the gut.

I just want to say that you encourage me to eat better. I think what I struggle with is feeling like I'm restricted or deprived when I am eating a cleaner diet. My husband and I have discussed so many times, WHY do we crave the foods that hurt us. Like, I know that pizza or candy makes me feel bad. I get jittery. I feel lethargic, so why does my body crave them? I know it's like getting a ball rolling. It's always harder to start. We've gone plant based, whole foods before and I felt amazing. Now I'm trying to do it again. We tried your green smoothie a few days ago. That one will take some getting used to lol I think it's just a matter of my taste changing as I clean up my diet. We did your creamsicle smoothie today, and it is AMAZING!!! It was so super yummy. I've been under the weather the past couple days, so I knew my body needed all the vitamin C that's in that one. I love your channel. I'm definitely an OG. I've been subbed since you guys had the pigs. Back when your channel was Pink So Foxy. ❤️
PS, please do more What I Eat In A Day. You make food look fun :)

Christina, you are absolutely correct about the pain (any form of discomfort) when eating a food that causes one's body to negatively react i. I have found this to be true and so, it is better to refrain from the offensive food. You are also correct about making the transition in one's diet. I have found it is better to go slowly. By the way, I, too, shop at Sprouts.

Are you worried at all about eating produce free of pesticides? Strawberries and blueberries are on my list of only buy organic or from a farmer I know because of the fungicides that are used to keep them from molding during shipping/on the shelf. I also feel strongly about greens because they are often sprayed with insecticides. And I don’t see you eating carrots, but they are a crop that is used to pull toxins out of the soil, so I avoid all carrots except from my local farmers that are decades into a chemical free farm. And if you are interested in mineral dense veggies - the quality of soil effects the quality of the plants grown on it. Mineral rich soils yield more mineral rich fruit and veggies. Look form farmer that use regenerative agriculture practices.

I'm sure I've missed a few of your videos but you mentioned you get breakouts from certain foods or certain foods can hurt your body I'm just curious to know what your condition is, my sister has Hashimoto's disease and it sounds very similar

LUNAGLOWS she only films whatever she's currently into. Gardening is not on her current radar. She's been like this for years. First it was makeup, then diy's , then succulents, then vegetable gardening, then stones, on and on and on. She is a bit of an obsessive compulsive. Once she discovers something, she dives in. And only stays with that for awhile.

@@Gigi-mc2zb I know... it's funny, I'm waiting to see what the next obsession will be.

The best natural healing is through fasting and definitely a lot cheaper and less time consuming. If I had to live like this I’d just rather eat fruits all day everyday. No preparation time and absolutely delicious.

Try putting the ice on top, it is suppose to make blending easier. Delicious looking smoothy.
