Network Expansion | Washington #13 (Rail Route)

In today's video we continue our rail route series on the Washington map. In this episode we begin developing the network in the south of the map, aiming to construct it in a way in which all stations can be as optimised as possible for when we begin accepting contracts for the final timetable!
