Dispatcher Offices & Freight Trains! | Washington #3 (Rail Route)

In today's video we continue the new series by looking at the brand new dispatcher office and experience the new contract system for red experience. The main way we get red experience is by completing freight train contracts which we unlock this episode and begin completing some of their contracts.
