New Tracks & The New Contract System! | Washington #2 (Rail Route)

In today's video we continue the new series on the Washington DC map. We begin by laying more tracks using the new building UI then we carry on and take a good look at the many changes to the new contracts system. This leads into accepting our first new contract with many more to come!
