I had a suzuki xr-7 about 12 years ago. Was one of the best vehicles I've had. I'm 77 yr young now. Will these be available SOON!, in the U.S. I would definitely consider one SOON!
It will be a good car for small family who wants to go on bad roads. Small form factor is good for off-roading. I will surely take a test drive especially because I want to feel the steering wheel on this one which is not regular rack and pinion. I guess it comes with circulating ball mechanism. Also It has rigid front axle. Thar and Gurkha both has independent.

JIMNY width is just 1645mm less than Celerio 1655mm..just above wagon r 1620mm..Thar width is massive 1845mm..Jimny tyre is just 15 inch like swift.. Thar tyre 18 inch with 245 mm width.. Jimny torque only 136..Thar torque 300..so no comparison with Thar which is massive.but Jimmy only cute little suv for city commute.. Since it's width just like wagon r it's high speed ride not safe..

Maruti should also lauch in 3 door and 4*2 version to make it more accessible

It would be very good if they increase the size of the wheel. It should be at least 17R. To match the proportion or to compare with thar
