1. Pushing nose up and smiling as wide as you can:
3 sets of 15 sec
2. Pinch the bridge of your nose while pushing you’re nose up and pull lip down:
2 sets of 15 sec
3. Lift head back, push your nostrils half way in while flairing your nostrils out:
2 sets of 15 sec
If your muscles around the nose are sore it means it needs more healing so let it heal!! You’re gonna see results within 2 to 4 weeks.
note- you are already pretty and you’re nose is pretty too, remember your doing this to turn it into the best version of your nose and to make yourself feel good. Don’t do it cuz you hate it cuz there is no need :)

Day 1: ✔My nose became slimmer and sharper in one try of these exercises.
Day 2: ✔My nose became bigger again but not bigger than before and slimmer now again after doing the exercises.
Day 3: ✔Looks the same.
Day 4:✔ Looks a bit slimmer now.
Day 5: ✔The difference is noticeable. My nose is slimmer now, even when I just woke up in the morning. ✔
Day 6: ✔My nose is slimmer now and a little bit sharper now while smiling.
Day 7: ✔Looks the same.
Day 8:✔ I am not sure if I'm imagining things. My nose is slimmer and sharper now!
Day 9: ✔ Other people noticed my nose slimmed down and sharper now. I couldn't be happier with how my slimmed down and sharper nose now.
Day 10:✔ I think my nose is kinda sore now. Rest day for now.

You guys these exercises work!!! It's been a week but I'm telling you my nose is smaller...
I don't really think so changing your nose shape (bone) without surgery is impossible 99percent of the vid about nose slimming are fake I'm telling you because I've tried almost every exercise but it just don't get smaller instead gets bigger so I stopped it but I check into some videos hoping that they will be one of those 1 percent but...my nose shape is good it's just that there's some extra fat and idk how to fix that.
I tried this for a month and now I can bench press 300 lbs with my nose. Thanks mandell

Okay, I see no comments telling people if this works or not, so I'm here to tell you. These do work...BUT it takes time. I started a year ago, but became more consistent 11 months ago (not much of a difference lol). But it actually does work and now I can just visibly tell my nostrils are stronger and hold their good shape better bc they used to flare more and were like flimsy in a way. Recommend but have patience. Also when I first started seeing real results was when I was abt 2-3 months in

@@wiz201 I’m Not sure sorry but all I can say is that my nostrils used to be more wide and now they’re more narrow. You can see a drastic difference from an angle showing up my nose.

Great expert and thank you. The first example worked perfectly for me. In fact I holded the sinus draining pose for about 1 minute for each ear/cheek bone and my nassal passage feels significantly more open.

There is a video by Vox that is called something like “how selfies make your nose look bigger” and it is something to do with the camera lenses! We look different a foot away from the camera vs 5 ft etc -I just found that video a couple of minutes ago and it changed my life already hahah 😂

So imma try this out for a month straight to get some results. I just finished my first session of 3x15, 2x15, 2x15 sets. I have a snub nose so I'll be interested to see how it looks after 30days. I dont know how itll effect my face or over all nose features, so this is why i will do this. Particularly, I would like a sharper tip and maybe a outward curve on my bride(more falcon look). I will not like it if my nose starts to point upwards as a snub nose is already done that. DEC 16.

Anyways, the least I could tell you, my nose is smaller in size, it is less broad and more defined. Though I think the area around my nose bridge is still wide, but I think I will have that covered if I carry on with these exercises.

Guys it really works. When I was a baby my grandma took care of me. She used to massage my nose bridge so it doesn't look flat and now I have perfect nose. Unlike my sisters who my mom raised them. She didn't know this. Until my grandma told her by doing so it will look good.

I did these exercises for like a week or so and there is a major difference ( my nose was good but the tip wasn’t pointed). Now my nose is small and cute but I am telling you the first 3/4 days you’ll see a little difference but after a week you’ll se a huge difference (it’s better if you take a photo at the beginning and after a week) I just wanted to thank that guy because I am happy with my nose now💕

hi everyone! i know this video is quite old, but i just wanted to share my progress in case anybody would like to know. I have a little hump on my nose, and the tip is a bit farther down, while the beginning of my nose bridge is completely flat. Which has made me insecure about how wonky it looks. It’s been about three days since doing these exercises and the tip has gone up! i feel like it is definitely starting to slim it down a bit, especially the sides of my nose bridge. though there hasn’t been a huge difference, i think it’s pretty noticeable. i’ll update more in a few days 👍
