Guys... this works. Seriously, literally did it most nights and most mornings and I noticed a big difference in the general sharpness of my jawline and chin - do this regularly along side occasional cardio exercise and you’ll see a massive improvement in no time

I just want to say that THIS WORKS. I’ve been doing these exercises for 1 month and i see huge changes. My cheeks are more hollow, my under chin is more flat and jawline is much more defined. Do these exercises, they work!! And make sure to keep good tongue posture, it was hard at first, but the “sing” technique he mentioned rly helped. Hope you guys see results soon!

Riley Hogg after like a couple days I noticed my jawline was more defined then after about 1 week I noticed my cheeks got more hollow. Also I didn’t chew any gum so it’s up to you I just don’t think it helps that much

True. But you really can change your facial structure by doing this, and facial yoga and facial massages.
everyone has a good jawline just like everyone has abs, you just need to exercise your face and eat good like you would with your body. Everyone muscles look different, but they look nice when you eat good and exercise. Same with jawlines.

If you're wondering if this really works. The answer is yes, you can see the results just within a week of doing it. You can do it anytime, the more reps the better! Also drink lots of water and do exercises for better results, well that's for your health too! This is an honest answer to the question, "does it work?" You're welcome~

I also started called "mewing", it's another way to define your jawline, it also gives you other benefits, it fixes your facial structure, etc. Mewing is basically having your tongue to be in its proper position, just google "how to mew" and start practicing it. REMEMBER, be patient, yes this works, BUT it's not just a single night of doing it for you to see changes(this applies to mewing)!! Good luck! I also have a fat face, so let's do our best to get our desired defined face!

@Aymen Kassab I have the same problem, I am lean, but I have a chubby face. I can assure you that in this video's exercise does work, BUT it doesn't COMPLETELY make your face much skinnier. I suppose if you do this for a long time, it could result to that. I am no expert. If you want other ways, start drinking a lot of water, do cardio workouts(running works best), eating vegetables(specifically green ones), have a proper diet, and getting 8-10 hours of sleep. I hope my answer helped you in some way. There really is no a single night or 1 week solution to completely get rid of face fat, let's just do our best to achieve it! Hehe

I used to be fat, then I lost the weight. Still it seemed like I didn't have a jawline. When I decided I wanted to have a chiseled jawline and edgy cheeks I got them, the best possible version I could tbh according to my genetical structure. So, what I did was really simple, Lower the body fat until I saw it reducing on my face as well as on the rest of the body (cardio, cut calories, minimise sugar intake, plenty of green tea and black coffee).Excessive hydration, I am drinking loads of water everyday it helps in many ways, you have to do that anyway. I have practised some of Brett's exercises, I can't tell if they had a big role in my transformed jawline but when I was practising them my jawline looked it's best. Posture's so important, fix it. And try to fake it, see your profile angle and check where you lack and focus on that point, if it seems like your jaw's too weak, stretch it whenever you can it really makes a difference. Experiment with your facial expressions. But nothing will work out unless you drop the body fat overall in your body. I gained some weight and I am seeing those puffy cheeks back again so I know exactly what to do to get rid of them. Not sure anyone's gonna read this, I wouldn't, too long for a topic like that.

@@Ravity I was eating like a bodybuilder on a cut period. Natural foods, not much carbs, little sugar/processed foods and I tried not to surpass 2000 calories daily, which means you have to learn how to track macros and count calories ...google how to and it will help you a lot. Or don't, just eat clean and train a bit so you won't have to count how much you eat. Hope I answered your question.

Brett I've seen the 'XO' exercise before, but your explanation of flexing the cheek muscles was the secret element I was looking for! Ending with a smile makes a big difference. It stretches and contracts the lower facial muscles full range. What a difference! The 'puffy cheek' was also explained in specific detail. I knew that exercise too, but you ended the.puffy cheeks stretch with a suction kiss (contraction) again exercising the muscles full range.
I appreciate your naming the specific muscles being targeted in each exercise. The photos of the muscles and your precise explanations set you apart from other channels. You truly understand what is going on in the exercise. It's the difference of just going through the motions, and maximizing each exercises. I see that you lift weight, so you understand these concepts.

I can confirm (for the two exercises), they work. I’ve been using the proper tongue posture for about a year now and it has helped, but these two exercises gave me the hollow cheek appearance I’ve been coveting for weeks within one months use. Additionally, no, lowering my body fat did not help because I’ve been at 6-10% essentially my whole life.

Funny thing: My family (Mom, Dad, my sibs and I) all have (or had, RIP, Mom& Dad) strong jawlines and cheekbones that are visible (except when one of us gets temporarily fat). I assumed, of course, that this was all just good genetic fortune.
But when I watched the orthotropic videos, it occurred to me as I was sitting there that my tongue rests against my maxilla regularly. Mom & Dad insisted on good posture, always.
