@@GeeAmo907 essentially we are all consciousness or awareness manifested in different forms. It's just the ego or our shadow that makes us feel like we are this separate person. This becomes our experience as we let go which lessens the ego and move up the scale of consciousness.
This is amazing. I'm currently at the anger level😤😡 and although I should talk to some people to settle a few things, I don't. Something holding me back, because I know I would be too aggressive and reproachful. My inner voice kept telling me those were only excuses and that I'm being a coward. That made me more angry, because I'm courageous in many areas of my life! Then I tried to force myself to courage by using anger. This led to ruminating thoughts, sleep problems and I have stomach pain. Sometimes I feel angry like Hulk at those people. But now I have hope that by forgiving them before approaching them, one day I find myself in courage level.
I was also thinking about that ,it's gonna be better than any program , Imagine 1 for mastering pickup There we would be able to find different tools , methods , ascending to different paradigm also some shadow work , And say I'm going out I can adjust difficulty level based on my level like -easy ,medium, difficult, expert ,god , And say I'm a people pleaser - advices will be designed for that (ACTIONABLE ADVICES)LIKE be dominating ,handle pressure ,be the cause etc etc ,there should be different like columns or block where will be different meditations , affirmations, letting go teachniques, actionable advices step by step ,there should be column where we write our field reports ,and forcing us to use winner effect which is key, Sometimes we feel like I don't know what to say cure will be there ,and there should be a daily and weekly growth 📈 checker🙏
My default state is probably courage. What's yours? If I had to guess I'd say purpose, before delving into inner work probably desire, sound about right?

Can’t understand my level. Feeling really proud of me (how better I am if I think about my starting point 10 years ago). I can easily accept myself and my current life, like ‘ok I’m this right now, I accept and move on’ but sometimes feeling sad too but also I’m enjoying my journey ‘cause I’m discovering many shadow aspects of me. Any suggestion about the level?
i feel like this too, i think you should just think about what’s been happening a lot recently and where you are often and then be like “oh okay this is the level”
