ik you commented a month ago so not sure if this is any help but I'm making one atm and the width is 8cm! Not sure about length as I'm having to increase the size of my diamonds :)

you could use a bigger hook size, a thicker yarn or add more rows to your diamonds :)

AMAZING VIDEO!!! I love this pattern and have been trying to get it right for a few months now (determined beginner) but I keep getting stuck on a few parts of the diamond. I have a fairly neurotic brain so I benefit from very specific instructions lol. I have a few questions so this comment will probably have some edits.
I've managed to get the triangle part down but as soon as I start decreasing it just doesn't look as good at the end. Like the corners are more rounded and the decreasing seems to have more rows than the initial increasing.
Can't wait to try more of your videos (I'm looking at you fluffy sweater) but I cannot give up on this one yet! Any tips you have I'll be so grateful for!

I’m a size EU, 40-42 that is like a size 12-14 in the UK. how do I adjust it? Cus I really want to do this cus it’s so cute
Maybe do one or two more rows.I measured my hips (I think?) halfway then divided it by five for the five triangles at the bottom.Then measure your triangles so they fit you

Hi, I love this pattern! My diamonds seem to come out a bit small though - maybe due to the yarn I'm using. Would it be possible to measure the diamonds, please? Sidelength, and "midength"? Thanks so much
Hi! The height of the diamond is 14.5cm and the width is 8.5cm :) if the diamonds are smaller than that, just increase the amount of rows you make until it is that length :)
