Awesome, glad it’s helping 👍

Good work repairs
Excellent video. I've repaired two Graco 395 PCs this way now. $109 in parts and 6 hours the first time, 4 the second time around. Thanks!

Thanks for the great walkthrough!
Very helpfull. Repairs this simple mean my new sprayer will be a graco.
Great to hear!
you are my hero
Fantastic video! Thanks for making it. Maybe you can help solve my issue?
After rebuilding the pump it still won't prime. You can hear the balls both moving freely and it's very clean inside.
I've disconnected the line from the pump to the filter housing. Nothing comes out of the pump. You can feel some suction if you cover the intake hose connection with your hand. You can see the piston moving like it should, the motor sounds like it always has. I'm not sure what the issue is. Planning to call Graco tomorrow morning. Did you have any ideas?
Made to be service
Just what I'm looking for. If my 390 which is 10 years old and gets used about twice a year is no longer priming should I repack it? It needed encouraging to prime before but I could usually coax it into action. Now it doesn't want to know.
Did this and not getting any pressure at all, any suggestions on why? Mine is a 395ST pro.
WOW, someone actually uses torque specifications! Way better than tight but not too tight, LOL. 27 foot pounds, 130 foot pounds, 75 inch pounds.
Try to take the gloves off and feel with along the piston rod with your finger nail for hourglassing of the piston .as it's very hard to see ,good video lots of good tips on repair.
Where can I get that last gasket you changed for the filter? I can’t find it no where. 33:33
were a busy crew, our 595 hi boys are our work horses on our housing projects, we tag / date our rebuilds and replace on the 2 year, the cylinder walls will score/damage easily and then they wont hold new packings for very long! Graco isnt building them like they use to! they rely on that parts business! repair your packings early save yourself from buying a whole new fluid assembly (400.00+ USD)!! Good Video, except for shoving metal picks into the foot valves ! a message to my crews " you better be up on the walls by 7:00 am, get it done" ! lol
Hi please question i have avanti spryer and I need pump repair kit but idk what is the part number
What happened if you don’t tigh enough the cylinder bolt.
can i use tsl on the leather pieces?
Yes, that will work fine 👍
Great tutorial, but I removed my piston and found a deep trench cut into the cylinder wall by a tiny pebble, making the pump a paper weight. 😭
Gotta get a new pump.
Not a while new pump. You can buy parts lol
Hello mate one question wich olie i can use to refill the presure manometer?
Hi! all you need is a liquid called glycerin which is used in lots of gauges but also for sore throats so you can buy it at any pharmacy or supermarket here in the UK. Hope this helps!
@@SprayDirect thank you very much
Hi, what oil to soak seals in
Had the same question. My sales rep with Sherwin Williams suggested lacquer thinner or throat seal.
Sae 30w motor oil, the one for 4 stroke lawnmowers, bikes I think
Much better a diaphragm pump. When you wear it you just change that.
Any oil?
You have to put a few drops of throat seal liquid on the piston each day you use the pump.
I used fresh motor oil. It worked just fine. I did run a few gallons of water through it to flush everything out first.
Am I the only one who gets his repairs done for just parts price at Sherwin williams?? Maybe I'm just lucky
