Today my graco 390 Was given problem Went on to youtube Found this video and it helps so much with my machine. This amazing video helped me complete 9 units. Thanks for this informative video 👍🏽
Beast mode I’m the only one I ever knew how to do that very details !my 390 spray pump wasn’t priming I had to get boil steaming water and feed the filter area on the top i pure the water to wake up my pump heart again so much yucky stuff was coming from the top filter area from the steaming water it’s crazy these equipment like another human
Good video, Nick! However, at the end of assembly those dog years on the lower intake, housing should be tapped with a hammer to snug that seat up against that O-ring. Bottom housing has a cut, and that O-ring needs to be set down in the narrower part to make sure it doesn’t blow out during operation. Way to go, keep them coming!
395PC with Fluctuating pressure with too big of a difference between high (set pressure) and low (to the point of getting fingers in the spray pattern. I clean the pump thoroughly after each project., except taking out the pick up tube and pump like you did. Any help is appreciated 👍🏼
More than likely one of your packings on the piston has split or warped - this will often cause fluid leaking towards the top of the pump & piston where the 'G' sits on your 390PC. I'd recommend following this tutorial to inspect your packings, or purchase a replacement Endurance pump!
We recommend applying 2-3 squirts of TSL before and after spraying. This can be applied with a small TSL bottle to the top of the piston pump - generally where the 'G' pump cover sits. We can put together a separate video on applying TSL if that helps?
GRACO GURU , need your help brother . Think I smoked it this time . I won’t give back story just straight to the point Cleaned 395 ball and seat ………. Put the washer back in and installed seat and ball backwards …………..ran airless and instantly knew I put it backwards as it was just knocking weird .!……..I was also changing the suction hose for a hopper like I do for cabinet jobs ………( might be important ) ………… I reverse the seat and ball and it still wouldn’t prime ….. I loosened the lower housing and it began to prime instantly…….. I tightened it again and it stopped priming …… so now it’s got to be on their very loose ( the main housing that holds the seat and ball inside .) im talking really loose , the min I tighten it a little it stops priming instantly ….. it’s not leaking paint though …. What do you think I did , other than mess up badly .
Great explanation. I feel confident now to disassemble and clean the sprayer pump.

Hey. Question;
What soundtrack are you using for this video? I love it!
My Graco 390 has paint or water coming out of the pump through the G. Any tips on what could be?
Thanks

When and how do I apply the TSL
