Anyways, I always thought that I had mastered the hand gripper cuz I can do up to 100-120 grips in 60 kg at a time. But the deviation has got me...😅

@@fizzlit4721 If we're talking sets and reps, I'd recommend switching between 5-8 reps of a harder weight, to failure. And 10-12 reps of a medium weight, also to failure. Each with 3 to 5 sets. This will increase strength and also provide some volume.
I tried to 50 kg in this gripper and I got wrist pain so as a beginner I recommend to all my bros use it in average weight and then after some 1 or 2 week go for 40 to 50 kg😊

My max is 250 lbs i started a year ago when i was only 16 and i started training at 60kg ive been doing that for about a week or so and right after that i bought a 100kg one and thats where it hitted the most but i didnt give up and finally i can do it with ease now im 17 and im starting with 250 lbs now and its hard as hell but that wont let me stop from closing it
one thing you have to set in your mind is that hand griper is just for hand strength it didn't get you veins.the dumble exercise can give you veins.and it's all on youe genetics

I agree with The Supple Strenght , the adjustable ones are very good , i use a 10 kilo to 40 kilo adjustable , 10 kilos gives me just the right resistance and im a beginner too

The inverted grip caused me a lot of pain in my fingers - for months. I stopped doing the inverted grip and I don't do high rips anymore. 1-3 rips are enough for me.
BTW, it didn't happen immediately. It happened after months of using the gripper. I started adding more rips and sets and more days weekly. Lesson learned.
Yes u can use hand gripper 4 times a week and u must do it after gym because if u do it before gym ur muscles will get sore and u don't give ur full potential

That can be due to lack of strength as of now, try using less resistance and build up gradually to the higher ones✌️💪
