Sauce for the chowmein:
1 cup water
1 tbsp chicken powder/Maggie cube
Half tsp black ppr
1 Tbsp soya sauce
4 tbsp Oyster sauce
2 tbsp Chilli garlic sauce
1 tbsp Ketchup
250 gms noodles par boiled

5 star spice powder
1 tsp black pepper corn
3 small pieces of cinnamon
half tsp cumin seeds
1 star anise
10 cloves
Grind them all
Really this made my mouth full full of water....i will try it and let u know about my experience....this is the best chowmein recipe without any secret i must say...stay blessed💕💕
