Kindly different sauce pe bhe video bunai. Like tobacco, soya, chili, oyster etc kis ka kiya taste hota ha r kiss purpose k liye use hota ha ?
It looks too greasy and overcooked. Spaghetti shouldn't break into pieces. That's why using a wok or big pan and stir frying is better.
You should always boil your spaghetti for 5-7 minutes, pass it through cold/room temperature water, add just a little bit of oil and set aside. It doesn't break in this way. (That's what works for me).
