Chicken chowmien with homemade noodles

- Chicken chow mien cooking instructions:
Noodles: Mix 5 eggs with 1/2kg flour and make hard dough, let it rest for 10 minutes. Divide into 2 portions and make sheets by rolling and cut into noodles as shown in video. Cook in boiling water for 4-5 minutes.

Chowmien: Marinate chicken-
150gms of chicken
1 egg white
1/4tsp salt
1/4tsp pepper
1/2tsp sugar
1tsp corn flour
mix all and let it marinate for 20 minutes
Make Chowmien-
1 capsicum julienne
1 carrot julienne
1 onion julienne
some cabbage julienne
1.5tbs oyster sauce
2tsp dark soy sauce
1.5tsp soy sauce
1tbs thai red chilli
2tbs oil
1/2tbs garlic chopped
fried chicken
some water
3tbs ketchup
1/2tsp salt
1/2tsp pepper
1/2tsp chicken powder
1/4 portion of noodles from total dough

MashaAllah excellent easy of explaining in detail I tried and it turned out delicious snd perfect Alhamdulillah jusy one tip I would like to add while making roti out of dough use rice flour instead of cornflour it will bemore easier to handle the noodles will be perfect and won’t stick to each other

I live in italy and i am doing cooking diploma we also make these pastas at college but we never add any kind of food color in it ... And i think there is no need of adding it in dough.. it's automatically become yellow ( becoz we add eggs) plus we don't us vorn flour to dust we use flour plain flour

great recipe, One thing would change, Use white refined Atta instead of Maida. Noddles would be better.
