Thank you!❤ You explained very well.
Wow! Thank you very much for this wonderful video!
I make home made noodles like this often but the addition of baking soda is new to me. For every egg the recipe calls for, I add a teaspoon of cooking oil to the dough. The dough doesn't dry out so quickly 😊
Normally it's not baking soda (sodium bicarbonate), but soda ash (sodium carbonate). You can get the latter by cooking baking soda in the oven for one hour.
Correct. A little Lye Water added always makes the noodle chewy.
Baking Soda is relatively weaker so it's better to use Lye Water.
Thanks you so much for your recipes🙏Seem like easy to make❤️

wonderful video!
I always put baking soda in oven with 200•c half hour let it turn into Alkali, that’s the thing make noodle chewy
What is the science behind this method? 😮
Do you add water with soda ? Or only soda?
@@ummehaniwafa7457 no water, have to bake the baking soda powder let the H2O gone so you get alkali, you can watch the video I’ve post in my last comment,it explains clear what’s different between these chemicals and how to bake the soda .🙂
thank you ive learn about methods @@kott8949

These noodles look sooo amazing! I dont have a noodle machine at home, might try cutting them with a knife instead haha. Thanks for sharing! ❣️
These "machines" are only like $10 - $20 online. The price of one takeout for a small family.
Yum

Very nice 👍
To be honest, the pan-fried noodles you show at the dozen first seconds (0:12) make me want to try the home-made pasta soooo bad!
Perfect🎉😋😋😋😋😋😋😋
Good Job 👍😊
very nice
woow❤
You make it look so easy! I don`t have a noodle machine but will try to make them. Always enjoy and learn from your videos!
if you don't have a pasta roller/cutter, another option is to roll out the dough and dust it liberally (like she shows in the video). Then loosely roll the long strip of flat dough like a jellyroll, and use a sharp knife to cut the roll into thin slices. Shake out the slices and dust them so they don't stick to each other. It takes a little longer and it's not as consistent in sizing, but you can do it and it will work for you.
Also, you can roll with a rolling pin. Then jelly roll it. Then use dental floss or thread to cut in half, half again, etc. unroll long noodles
Keep an eye out for pasta machine at thrift shops and tag sales! I would never pay full price. I paid 5 dollars for mine years ago!
the baking soda shocked me!
wow!
Noodle nirvana here, ok, seriously, i so appreciate the presentation and clarity for my ine search and found and chose here first, i am glad i did +/subscribed. Success and wonderful meals ahead to all!
Thank you !
this worked.
Except for the baking soda this is the same as I've learned for Italian pasta. Can't wait to make this for my next stir fry!
Thank you. I was wondering if this was similar to pasta.❤
