If salt rooms do support a more regulated immune system and calm inflammation this kind of thereapy can be beneficial. Sometimes "alternative" healing methods seem like they should be more harmful than helpful, but do in fact help. For example, the inhalation of certain herbs to treat respiratory issues like asthma.

@@saltcavehalotherapy9214 Not for everyone I promise you....people with ezcema actually would have issues with this as dry air exacerbates it.
I have experience that it is very beneficial for the health, I have prolonged asthma and it loosened the mucus and I breathe better.

@@haute03 Salt exacerbates the skin further by causing it to be more dry as well as dry air. That;s why the winters can be brutal for people with it
