Rosé has writing credits for both On the Ground and Gone and has talked about how involved she was. she was also the creative director for her entire solo project heavily involved in all aspects her album cover was a her design she sat down created it, released two videos on her RUclips channel a short interview and another one thank you for loving r (her solo project name is just 'R'). the latter showing how Indepth she was involved and how hard she worked. She was preparing for her solo while Blackpink was getting ready for their online concert so she spent days doing her work as a blackpink member getting ready for the concert and the nights preparing for her solo and working on all aspect of that.
Rosé is their main vocalist and her voice sounds so good with guitar. She is very much involved with her solo like the other girls. I feel like their solos shows more about their personalities and they type of music they prefer other than the grouo music they have.
Yes! You can hear their vocal colors as a group, or as a Blackpink but being on their solos is the definition of Jennie, Rosé, Lisa and Jisoo(soon)

Rose is a story teller and song writer at heart
SO MANY people were asking 'Who is it that hurt Rose' for her to do this?' That's why I brought it up like I did in the comments of your reaction video to On The Ground. People wanted blood over this because Rose' is seen as a pure being, a sweetheart, the darling emotional artsy one of the group. Whoever hurt her better not ever be revealed.
BUT it is also important to remember that Rose' didn't write this entirely. Other people also had a hand in this, Rose' just happens to be the World-Class-Gifted vocalist to present it to us.
It is SO relatable to anybody who has ever been heartbroken, even just once.

Great reaction. Rose is totally Taylor Swift of Kpop, singer/songwriter/guitar player/piano player indie/folk/pop musical artist. You should hear her covers of Coldplay's Viva La Vida (highly praised by Coldplay), John Mayer's Slow Dancing in a Burning Room (he praised her cover and gifted her one of his guitars), Paramore's The Only Exception and my favorite the Killer's "Read My Mind" (long time Killer's fans opine they prefer her version over the original). She is a total music nerd, spending her free time writing and recording her music in studio working throughout the night into the morning hours, constantly singing during her waking hours.

I agree. This is actually a hard song to sing because it's her voice that carries this song. Her voice is actually the instrument. The simplicity is what makes this a difficult song. It has her signature all over. She also co-wrote this song.

Truthfully the first few times listening to that song got me teary. I just teared up. But if you want to really feel the song mor watch the "sea of Hope" rendition.
Rosé is definitely a musician at heart, a talented and gifted one at that, being able to play the piano and guitar at 14 with all the sensibilities of a young artist. Hard to Love is also her solo song from the Born Pink album. Hope you react to it too.

Lmao no she didn't write on the ground you check the credits, it was 5 other writers and Amy is the most contributed to the lyrics. Rosé wrote Gone and in an interview when they asked her which line she wrote she didn't know. Hard to love was written by other person not Rosé. Plz check facts. The most credits for writing in BP is Jisoo, Jennie, Lisa (The only Kpop Artist to ever be credited on the prestigious American Association of Author, writer, and composers) she is credited for both writing and composing. and then Rosé lastly.

A teaser was released on January 25, 2021. “Gone” was revealed to be a B-side from ROSÉ’s long-awaited solo album R when an article said the track would make its debut at BLACKPINK’s 2021 virtual concert THE SHOW. The first half of ROSÉ’s solo stage showcased the upcoming music video and the second half consisted of a live performance by ROSÉ and a guitarist. News came out that ROSÉ personally requested for the chance to perform her new song for her fans ahead of the album’s release in the concert after much deliberation with her agency.

Rosé co-written the song. I really respect her as a musician. She have lots of potential that are not yet bring out to the table. She have a very deep respect with music as she always tell in her interviews even in the documentary.
She has writing credits and since she loves the guitar, these strings are something she did in the studio and they liked it. So rosè said that the song was made two years prior to the release of it. Also, that she channeled some inner emotions to put this song together.

This is such a universal feeling that almost everyone has felt. This is also a Primer for folks not to do this to another person. If you are not 100% into someone, just leave. Don't break someone's Heart. Be honest at least. Have the Guts to say you are not for me. This is from one who has been cheated on. Sometimes Emotional Investments mean you are all in. Notice how Rosie's solo songs (GONE, ON THE GROUND & HARD TO LOVE) are all in English. It's A real indication where her post Blackpink career will be heading. Rosé is credited as a writer on both her solo songs. It is also pronounced like the drink Rosé, so you all were saying it correctly. I think you all would enjoy her covers. Best one? Subjective. I think she's phenomenal. I love her voice and singer/songerwriter style. That being said, all of the blackpink solos have been FIRE. Was worried for Jisoo's solo but she showed a lot on the last album. I think they're all the best!!!!!!!

Add her beautiful voice to that and you’ll get a singer who evokes the most gut-wrenching emotions you’ve ever felt. I just love everything about her ❤
