When my mother died of cancer 12 years ago-just before she departed she said this song most reminded her of me-played it non stop as a kid so I put down to earth album in with her when she went. Just about the hardest experience of my life in every way-but at least she’s got some of the best rock of all time to take her into the next life❤️
Chart rock won't ever get better than this, GB is one of the top 5 rock singers of all time singing in a band of superb musicians. It doesn't and will not get better than this..still sounds as good as it did back in the day...

Graham is a totally different animal when he is performing. One of the Great Rock singers and with Ritchie Blackmore on lead guitar and Cosy Powell on drums what a joy.
Sabbath, Rainbow, Deep Purple, Zeppelin, ACDC...all the music I listened to as a kid in the 70s and early 80's through my mum and dad blasting it through our ground floor flat. I love all different kinds of music now but rock, especially heavy, takes me back to happy times.. I think this man was my first crush too..haha

Remember seeing this on Tiswas , unbelievable. Bonnet looked so cool and seeing him perform this in Manchester 2022 brought tears to my eyes , what an absolute legend
