This is a really dope idea & what's even more crazy is that I'm looking up little cassette players to play old radio station tapes that I recorded in the 90's & while looking I said "I should get 1 with AM/FM radio". Man you should get into affiliate marketing 😎
That’s so cool, I bet there is some really great stuff on those tapes, bound to be some gold dust samples. You’ve made me think, I might have some old radio tapes in my mum’s attic, I’m going to see if they are still there. Would never have thought of that!
Radio is cool to work with. i got some really nutty stuff on AM. I was meaning to pick up a few radios at the thrift shop and record them all at the same time. If they even work
I mainly use the Akai force for production and this video was really helpful. It opened my mind on how to sample things and make them drums. If anybody is interested in my music search Nxwhy on any streaming platform.

Killer, love this kind of sample mangling.
Thank you! 🙂🙏
I love this kind of stuff
Yeah it’s a lot of fun, best way to start developing your own sound too, I think…
Really cool technique! Just tried it with some clips of a field recording session, turned out pretty good! :) Thanks for the tips.
No problem, thanks for watching!
Thank you for the ideas!

Multiple recordings is a good idea, you could use the envelope follower to bounce in between them. I reckon that would yield some interesting sounds!
