Can I run a USB to an iPad to run guitar effects apps, then run a separate USB to an iPhone to stream to social media sites? Also, the same iPad would send midi commands to other gear on a pedalboard at my feet through the same USB cable. Would I just use a midi cable from the iConnectivity Audio4c to my guitar pedals that would receive midi commands via USB from the iPad? Would all this work? Thank you!

So out of all the standalones on your channel you rate the Force as nr1? .. Im leaning towards a 707 myself as it has an incredible pallet to work with and is the closest thing to a modular sampling system on the market (independent playback seq lines, realtime timestretch, cross mod on layers (8tracks is plenty via resamplin) quality synth & FX. We would appreciate your thoughts as On paper the 707 seams to blow everything else out of the water

My Force wishlist: - Akai hiring an actual music creator so he can tell Akai how much basic stuff Force is missing and what things were implemented so poorly that are essentially useless (Arrage mode probably comes first to mind). User interface is stuck in '90s, people end up editing MIDI events by hand. What the heck. BTW, I tried to edit a saved MIDI controls template by hand and found out how badly they designed they data structures in there. The UI probably follows the bad internal architecture.

Great video! I've been trying to find a way to launch patterns with an external controler on Maschine+ and never found it ! Is it easy to Map the launchpad on Maschine+ ? Any tips or video would be Great !!

It doesn’t matter what the MPC community feels about the newer MPCs if they were commercially successful. Since both the Force and MPC are based on the same underlying hardware, they both are in need of new faster hardware and more RAM. With new hardware, more things are possible.

can you explain how you hooked both of them together in all cables and connections? also, how would u hook a DAW to them as well?

is there a way to set teh values of teh steps with the knobs ? I found it quite hard to get PAN exactly to 0 (half bar) Is there also a way to show where are notes? eg when you have a note sequence and want to automate the panorama of one note.

Hello Maxipok! When I record my live performance in arrangement mode, the recording plays back 2 or 3 times slower. Do you have any idea why this is happening? Firmware update is the latest 3.3.0 . I am so stressed out! Can’t find the words!

I've never bought a single i device in my life, and after buying an iphone se for testing my software, I decided to buy the ipad for the synth ecosystem that is it has, and now I wanna by a second ipad just so i can have an instance of each app running in each ipad...dj style mixing. coincidentally I also have two Force :)))

Who running Akai? It seems like they have no idea what their customer want.

Excited, but worried. Purchased a Force today. The 8 Oled knobs won me over. Eager to learn as much as I can about this little beast. Glad I found your video. I loved my MPC ONE plus, then got the Key 61 (in storage right now), and needed something portable and easy to use until my new studio is setup next year. Fingers cross the Force keeps getting love from Akai.

So your prediction about Akai unifying the MPC and Force platforms seems to be playing out, if a bit late. Exciting times!

Great stuff. I know MPC inside out so not expecting too much headache when my Force arrives but this awesome vid does clear up a few questions with regards to functionality and the Force seems to be everything i`ve been looking for and lacking in the MPC platform.

Very nice! Maybe triads, on four layer pads with one repeating note based on the "scale" position an eight pad scene. Lots of possibilities!

Can you have one snapshot per lane? And would it work to recall different plugin presets? (Aka. Workaround for the most requested missing feature: internal program changes...)

Im considering getting a Force, so this is interesting. I’ve never noticed any latency with my Live 2. Maybe because I’m using the drums on the Akai? But no noticeable latency in the audio from the synths into the MPC

Hey man, I'd love to use this technique but I've already got a sidechaining effect on the fx track that only routes certain tracks to it, is there a way where i can use this and on the fly switch back to the regular fx track routing for my sidechain?

Been using 404mk2 with elektrons too - being able to sequence the fx is seriously underappreciated
