47 year old before I found Dave Ramsey
Just started watching Dave for about 4 months about to be debt free in 2 months. Thank you so much 😊
I heard 50 cent once say, “it amazes me how many people make money and don’t take the time to count it” I’ve had phases of keeping track of my money and again falling into the habit of spending aimlessly.. I make more money now than I ever have and now that I’m counting and watching my money it feels like I got another raise!
I did avalanche to pay off my student loans to be debt free, only because I had no idea that's what it was called and I didn't know Dave Ramsey--until I found him on YT years later after being debt free. So I was one of the 1/10 who paid off with that method. I just looked at my student loans and went whaaat 6% on this loan--knocked it out til the last was 2%--had no method and ignorant on avalanche vs snowball--thanks to travel nursing I paid it off in 9 months!

Sam, aim to get off technical support in 2024. Tech support is for fresh graduates. Self learn on something you want to take your next step in the IT path. Get 2 years experience and then look around. If you want more pay, don't stick to the same company. Aim for 25% pay increase when you find a new job

Hello all, I called in with a concern, was on hold for 45 minute. I get the volume of calls, ... what I don't get is listening to a "ringing phone" recording while on hold. Surely a choice of music or a (Did you know) segment can be one of many options. Appreciate your intent Mr. Ramsey, however, you have enough staff to bring this into the 21st century.
