      Nahi Bhai aap pressure release mat karo..Aap old Beer bottle use karo. Pressure release karne se carbonation sahi nahi hoga.

    Any one who wants to try first read this. Any questions you can ask
    Half knowledge is dangerous you don't know any thing about brewing and miss leading people .
    Mistakes
    1 Wrong name its not a beer its wine
    2 yeast on the skin of any fruit will die by boiling that
    3 wild yeast is bad leads to off flavors and
    4 fermentation temperature plays major role by this method you will get fusel alcohol which hits your chest
    5 seems like you not sanitized any thing after the liquid cooled down this leads to infected Brew
    6 you poured for secondary fermentation from abow level this leads to oxygenation = off flavor
    7 this alcohol will cause you hangover in less drink

      It's seems that you not watch the video carefully because I use well sanitized equipment and utensil and it is foolproof recipe, so first try it and than do expert comment.
