  • In this video, I review the latest season of Big Brother Canada, BBCAN10, which ends up possibly being one of the best seasons of Big Brother I have ever seen and review itself ends up being way longer than intended, but I think that is a testament to just how much there was to talk about from beginning to end.

Canada is really out here winning with two all-time great seasons back-to-back while the US has been struggling lately. I'm almost certain we'll get a Canada all-stars soon, but I'm definitely with you on doubting whether Kevin can even make it beyond the first three weeks on a return.

Kevin's only option would be to play up a possibility for him to be useful as a meat shield. Players will want to keep him so they stay off the block. Meanwhile he stays out of the strategic stuff as much as possible until jury and hopefully he improves his athleticism and he can win out.

    • @khntou4178

@@glassestarzan8702 he's just stuck in such a perilous situation cause in this situation where he's forced to lay low and neglect his social game, he's unable to develop his social relationships and manipulation, which are what his game is largely dependent on. If he makes it into the jury phase, he has no strong relationships to rely on and I doubt his comp ability since we have no evidence that he's been actively throwing his comps. Plus an All-Stars season is gonna bring back a lot of the series' best comp beasts ever. We already see how that turns out in the US.

This was such a great season. So much fun and unpredictability week to week all the way down to the F3. Just unreal. And this season had the perfect winner to encapsulate the season. I would say Kevin is the best winner hands down. Playing this type of game with this archetype is so extremely difficult that the fact that he won the game is even more impressive. He faced adversity time after time and had to flex his strategic muscles to get out of tight spots. No other winner had to deal with as bad of a hand that Kevin had from the start, and Kevin made it look easy dealing with all of it. I can’t tell you the amount of times I thought he was dead in the water, but he flipped it right back around to get into a good spot. Just stellar gameplay.

I think Kevin’s game is impressive, I think with the adversity and risky choices he made without winning an HOH and controlling others choices, he could potentially be better then Dane but that’s just my opinion. On a return he’d be out early being as he would be a massive target. But this game alone is one of the best I’ve ever seen and IMO tops Dane being as Dane never really had to play from the bottom.

    • @ehar8058

To add to my comment, Dane had an alliance (before final 5) helping him plus he was a comp beast while Kevin had won 0 HOHs the entire game and getting almost every single hoh to do something AGAINST there best interest. He’s basically the Dr Will of BBCAN and he did this all convincing josh to take him over Betty his legit best friend while winning only 1 POV and being on the block week 1. I think it’s unprecedented that he’s the best BBCAN winner to date because of how dominant of a game he played and it being so modern. Again IMO thought I’d add it

I think that on any given season, Kevin still performs well. This season had several unique styles of gameplay from people like Hermon, who was very logical, Summer and Betty who both played pretty emotional and cared about social relationships, Jess who tried playing very strategic and never really cared about social bonds, and then even people like Moose or Gino, who never really knew much about the game, and Kevin not only was able to run circles around them all, he had many of them at certain points, wanting to take him to the end. Idk how he’d play on a return, but if he were to play on 100 different seasons without any of the knowledge he has right now, I still think he does really well on each one

I think your first on Summer is correct. If it was not for Kevin just like Kevin says in his infamous speech, she could have been the underdog to win and Kevin says that's me. You failed to mentioned Kevin undid all her Alliances. Kevin mentioned before the triple on feed it was Summer, Tyneshia, Betty who help flipped the votes when he was on the block by Hermon. Kevin was very sincere, it was written all over his face. And he thanked Summer and Betty. Since Hermon HoH was not on the feed we didn't get to see this. Also I know the edits showed Summer not having the best campaign. But the edits failed to show that it was understood by the Majority of the cast that she couldn't. She made to many alliances. And had a lot of inside deals already created. So she couldn't make any new deals which would compromise her old one. So her saying she wasn't making any promises while on the block was a great move and why most of the cast found it entertaining. Lastly you for some reason Gabe detail review of the double that played in a later episode, but some how failed to do the same with the triple. Summer did fight for her life. You said she didn't. Once she saw Josh putting Betty she understood she was dead in the game and made a final plea to Josh not to put Betty up and make the right decision. She said that Kevin and Helena didn't care for him , which was a correct assessment since they tried to get him out. And yes for Josh he was very expendable since he was CTD and not a ghost. So I do believe Summer tried, but she wasn't going to beg. She also flipped the votes to save Josh versus Stephanie with the help of Hermon . The problem is Kevin took credit and building a relationship with him and pretty much took credit. So Josh felt like Kevin did the work when it was Summer and Hermon. I feel if Kevin wasn't in the picture he would not have brainwashed, Kyle, Marty, Jess , and Gino. I feel like Summer would have been able to make more flips and get honesty was actually working in the house. It's complicated but she was able to reflector expose people game play since she always says the truth. I can't wait for Kevin derp dives because I feel like he will be the only person to reveal Summers's game. He pretty much watch analyze summer's game and saw his path. Kevin was the Denise of Summer:s game in a season with many villains I believe she deserve a lot more credit. I do agree she needs not to have tunnel vision when she is backstabbed. Thanks

Summer played a social game and it's hard to edit what she did just like it was hard to see what Kevin was doing. By the middle Kevin undid everything Summer did and now the edits could properly showcase this. Kevin is the opposite of summer.
Kevin - manipulating, logic, plays in the shadows, decrease his power his position and give people the belief they are in control when he is
Summer - Truth, emotional,, plays in your face with many alliances present, increase her position, very confident by telling people she doesn't need them cause she feels she has created truthful bond's by giving helpful info to their gane.
