What a wonderful speech from my favourite actor of all time. Philadelphia was such a heartbreaking film. Tom Hanks gave a stunning performance as Andrew Beckett and his battle against his firm to fight gay discrimination was so inspiring. This Oscar was so well deserved and so was his Oscar for Forrest Gump. Both of these performances are deserving of Oscar wins full stop. The Academy got it right with both Tom Hanks Oscar wins. I hope he can win a third Oscar and tie with both Jack Nicolson and Daniel Day Lewis and be the third male actor to have 3 Oscars.
Tom Hanks is GOD BLESSED I love his acting and interviews he does from time to time a BIG fan of his work
I believe this speech was the inspiration for the movie in & out with Kevin Kline
All men and women are created Equal.
What's the subtitle for? I mean come on!
Awesome!
🇺🇸❤️
He is a very good actor!
Why did the audience laugh at rita Wilson's husband Tom hanks at the 66th academy awards?
omg get over yourself already
In hindsight, it's almost distracting how obvious it is that Aaron Sorkin wrote this speech.
He sold his sould
Say, what?
😂😂. You have a distorted view of reality. You’ve only sold your soul if you’ve given everything up for satan. Tom has faith in the Lord. So, his soul is saved. Go back to sleep.🤦🏻♀️
And incidentally, it’s “soul” not “sould”.😂
