In the past, my face looked dull. However, I managed to achieve radiant skin, free from pimples and dark spots, by adopting these practices. -:
    1. Drinking water at least 3 to 4 liters per day.
    2. Adding carrots or carrot juice into my daily diet.
    3. Adding Littlextra Ricebery face wash into my daily skincare routine. It contains black rice water, which has been shown to provide 10 times more skin benefits than ordinary white rice water.
    4. Joining the gym and sweating a lot.
    5. Performing facial steam or full-body steaming sessions every 18 days.

I just love the riiceberry face wash; it truly makes the skin smooth. Post using this, the skin will not feel dry. This has quickly become my favorite face wash. I've been using this for approximately 20 days now. It is good for all skin types.

Wash your face with your regular cleanser. And then, after 2hrs, try to stick tissue in your forehead, cheeks, chin, and nose. If it stick, that means you have Oily skin. If none stick, you have Dry skin. Lastly, if some sticks, and some not, you definitely have combination skin.

Thanks for the video. I've been using the wrong one for years! The foaming one is simply too drying for me even though I do have combination skin with some oily areas, it was way too drying on other areas of my face. I've since switched to the normal hydrating one and had to throw away the foaming one.

Me too! But now I use the cream-to-foam but it kinda doesn’t take off all the oil and I’m debating between using the foaming the morning! Although I had to stop using it bc it stripped my cheeks(which are dry) and it gave me a broken skin barrier and it took 2 weeks to fix so idk!

So after watching this video I immediately bought the Hydrating to foam cleanser and now I have been using it for four days.
I have dry, sensitive skin. And used a no name 90 cent cleanser so far.
Let me tell you I can definitely see a difference, my chin is always my acne prone zone and the pimples are super painful. I have a lot of closed comedones on there which really irritated me but now my skin has gotten better even tho it's only been four days.
I am even on my period (I take birth control to help my acne so thats the time when i have a one week break of of it) and that's usually the worst week ever because i purge like crazy but I have only gotten one pimple so far, amazing.
To be fair I use a Vitamin C serum from Vitchy that I started using at the same time as the cleanser and my skin seems to love those two so I can definitely recommend.
Amazing video thank you for stating that the Vitamin C serum is ok with the cleanser.

I used to love CeraVe ... But after using it for 3 years I noticed my skin started to change... And my dermatologist told me excessive use of humectants, like hyaluronic acid can worsen skin conditions... Overtime CeraVe over moisturizes the skin... And it causes your skin to fight back your skin will start producing more oil breakouts rashes..

I used to live in Brazil, in one of the most hot regions, right in the tropical area. It was hot and humid, and there my skin was oily. Now I live in Oregon, and my skin has become "normal" to "combo", but depending on the cleanser that I use, it gets pretty dry.

I have oily/combination skin, there are some parts of my skin that get pretty dry but for the most part I’ve dealt with oily skin problems my whole life. I recently started looking into cerave cleansers and went to the store to by the foaming cleanser but accidentally got the hydrating cleanser. This was the best mistake I’ve ever made, it didn’t strip the oil from my face at all but it’s like it helped my skin controlled the oil it produces on its own. I always heard that for some people with oily skin they could try hydrating more to fix it and I always thought that was counter productive. But ig some people have really oil skin because they’re not hydrating or moisturizing and I sure wasn’t. The hydrating cleanser + the cerave lotion (very lightweight moisturizer compared to the heavy cream) makes my face very happy. Now I just need to figure out how to get rid of dark spots and big pores
