You may believe changing things is tough, but just slight tweaks can work great for your skin. Remember to consume ample water. Have a 1L bottle nearby and aim to complete it. After it's done, top up it and drink another liter. If you can manage more, that's even better! If your skin is extremely dry or oily, try using litlextra riceeberry face wash. Once or twice a day should be good. It has water from black rice which gives a nice glow to skin. Don't overlook to moisturize before going to bed, based on what works best for your skin. Try to squeeze in some exercise, even if it's just 10-15 minutes. If you're busy working, take a brisk walk to the bus stop and back. If you can, use a treadmill. After, rehydrate, revitalize, have breakfast, and begin your day. It is important to stay happy and eat well. Go for foods like daals, spinach, carrot and orange juice, and yogurt. These are everyday foods that can help you feel great. And don't worry if you feel dull during bad weather - it occurs to everybody.
Myself enjoy the riceberry face wash, it's very lovely... It has an enjoyable fragrance, its face wash has a good texture, leaves the face soft and fresh after use, just loved it. Best face wash for dark spots, pigmentation, and uneven skin tone... Face wash for sensitive skin too of my brother... In 15 days I can see the difference on my face... Thanks for this lovely thing.
Well, i used the Cerave Foaming Cleanser, but it really stripped my skin and i have oily skin. I now use the Cerave Hydrating Cleanser which is really gentle and soft to my skin.
Interesting, its sounds like you might not be that oily? I have dry skin but can use the foaming one on some days. If I do use it regularly my fave gets dry. I’m considering to but the hydrating one but I’ve heard it’s leaves a film on the skin? How’s your experience?
You sound like you have dehydrated dry skin, sometimes your skin will secrete a lot of oil because it’s so dehydrated and dry and so you’ll think you’re oily but you’re really not. My skin was the same
@@fg1434 yes that intrigued me a lot. I used to have very oily skin on my T zone but foaming cleansers strip all of my face. I use a water gel cream and it kinda works but I still feel some stripping between my eyebrows , corners of mouth and corners of the eyes Don’t know what to do
The CeraVe Hydrating Facial Cleanser is the only cleanser I use on my 61 year old face. It never dries my face and leaves it soft and clean. I did buy a bottle of the Cream to Foam cleanser but didn't care for it as it dried out my face. Thanks for the video!
Your anecdote about kids with eczema resonates. Showering used to be a nightmare for me because I’d itch so badly, and my mom would shower me again from frustration that improper cleansing was the cause of the itch. Didn’t help that our ped agreed with her lol. Thank God for growing up and seeing my own doctor. 😂

Someone I used to work with got certified as an esthetician and cried when they found out I used CeraVe. I went down a rabbit hole and currently use Bioderma products, but I'm leaving very strongly towards going back to CeraVe.
In the past I used the CeraVe hydrating facial cleanser but I switched to CeraVe foaming facial cleasner, yup and it stays on my counter. Love it and so does my face, hehe. 😉

I used CeraVe light green lotion for one month Once daily, in the morning or evening What are the changes? Removing acne to a very large extent Reducing the size of deep scars by 50% it make high glasses for my skin I recommend it 😊
I just bought the cream to foam cleanser but I noticed it has salicylic acid in it. It’s in the middle of the ingredients list but I just started treitnoin. Do you think I should pick a cleanser with no salicylic acid at all or would it be ok to use the foam to cream cleanser because it’s very little salicylic acid in the product???
Good, down-to-earth commonsense video. I switched from Cetaphil to CeraVe last October (simply because of a '3 for 2' offer). I was slightly careless and bought the version for normal to oily skin and only twigged this at the weekend. My skin felt slightly dry and I noticed some fine wrinkle, but the latter is prob. just paranoia. Anyway, after just a morning and evening wash with the CeraVe cleanser for normal to dry skin, I can detect the loss of tightness already. I came to this video as I wasn't exactly sure whether the cleanser should be used with water or removed with cotton wool pads. There were no instructions on the CeraVe container, only basic information in several languages. Hopefully, complemented by Boots No 7 Restore & Renew (for older skin ...55+) I should detect some subtle relief and improvements.
Cerave Hydatint Cleanser is a miracle. I have been using different products for the past 2 years but nothing works. I started using this cleaner 4 days ago and I am seeing a big improvement in my face. Now I am waiting for the other Cerave products I ordered online wishing this line will be suitable to my face.
I've been using the Foaming cleanser " oily skin" for a few months now. I honestly enjoyed it at first but the last month I've started noticing it's over stripping OR irritating my skin ..it might actually be just down to the fact it contains parabens am not entirely sure but it's definitely not reacting very well on me any longer. I'm looking for an alternative so I may give the La Roche Posay you mentioned a try. 👍J

The person in our household who was the youngest and had not had his booster yet, had more flu like symptoms with body aches. Everyone, please get vaccinated.
I wonder if the cream to foam will actually foam up with an “automatic foaming dispenser”. I dilute my Vanicream Gentle Facial Cleanser with distilled water (1:1 ) using one of these foaming dispensers and I get instant thick foam which feels like shaving cream. It feels so good going on your face.

I have one question. My aunt brought for me a CeraVe hydrating cleanser. but that one is for dry to normal skin. I saw all hydrating cleanser but there is no cleanser for normal to dry skin. Is this one good for me I have dry skin?
Which one is best please. Hydrating cream to foam cleanser or the foaming cleanser? I don't really know the difference. Which is best for spots? Thank you.
Depends with your skin one both are Hydrating and don't strip the skin but clean to foam cleanses extra I guess, and has Salicylic acid while the Hydrating one doesn't

What’s your input on using face scrubber pads?
I have one question. My aunt brought for me a CeraVe hydrating cleanser. but that one is for dry to normal skin. I saw all hydrating cleanser but there is no cleanser for normal to dry skin. Is this one good for me I have dry skin?

Which one do you think is better for people with seborrheic dermatitis on their face?

I used it and I got rashes everywhere the foaming cleanser touched
Can my son use the Cerave hydrating cleanser for his skin asthma?
Go to a professional
Which one is best please. Hydrating cream to foam cleanser or the foaming cleanser? I don't really know the difference. Which is best for spots? Thank you.
Depends with your skin one both are Hydrating and don't strip the skin but clean to foam cleanses extra I guess, and has Salicylic acid while the Hydrating one doesn't
Hi! Can the orignal Cerave Hydrating Cleanser remove a non waterproof spf on its own?
Hello! Yes- most likely it can do the job. 👍
I’ve now challenged 3 dermatologists, and not one of them has been able to help me find a successful skin care routine without my face “exploding”. $900+ later :-(
