I used to have a dull face. But then I got glowing skin without pimples and dark spots by following these steps. -: 1. Drinking 3 to 4 liters of water daily. 2. Adding carrots or carrot juice into my daily diet. 3. Adding Littlextra Ricebery face wash into my daily skincare routine. It contains black rice water, which has been shown to provide 10 times more skin benefits than ordinary white rice water. 4. Going to the gym and sweating like anything. 5. Performing facial steam or full-body steaming sessions every 18 days.
I've been using and would highly recommend the riceberry face wash by litlexttra for anyone looking for a gentle yet effective daily face wash. It's especially suitable for those with regular to oily skin types and could help boost skin tone and texture over time. However, if makeup removal is your key concern, you could be required to combine it with a dedicated makeup remover before using this face wash for maximum results.
I love Cerave products. I'm using the hydrating cleanser and moisturizing cream. I'm struggling with acne scars, but my skin texture slowly gets better now. Edit: As I got a lot of questions if Cerave really works for acne skin, I share an update here. A year has passed, I'm still a loyal user of Cerave. It helps my skin barrier and moisturize my skin greatly. Did it help with my acne? Not really. So I had to up my game. Once my skin got better, I used more products to treat my acne and soften the dark spots. Currently my skin routine for daytime is Snail Essence - Vitamin C - Azelaic Acid - Moisturising Cream - Mineral Sunscreen. Night time: Snail Essence - Retinal - Moisturising Cream Twice a week I will exfoliate with chemical exfoliants. If you have acne, try acne patch. No need to use high brand, Watson brand already do the wonder. It helps to minimize (?) the acne spot without leaving the scar. Remember, don't pinch it okay. Big no no. @@jannatulmaliky2065 nope. I already had acne problems before using it. It treats my super dry skin. So, even my skin got acne, but it keeps my skin moist for a long time. But, it took me time to get used with its thickness. Coz I never used moisturizer before. But I'm so used to it now 😊❤️
(I have extremely oily skin) I've been using the 2nd one shown for "oily skin" and I love everything about it! It leaves my face feeling refreshed and hydrated without the "squeaky clean" feeling which I hate cause I know it's disrupting my skin barrier. I accidentally bought the 1st one because packaging is almost identical and ended up not liking it. It left me with a heavy sticky feeling after cleansing. I gave it to my husband who has eczema/dry skin and he has no complaints.
I related so much to this comment I bought the 2nd one at random and it feels way better than anything I’ve used In the past my skin is basically how you described yours
No doubt, Cerave is a good brand. Between the two types, I prefers the Moisturizing Cleanser than the Foaming Cleanser. The moisturizing cleanser feels so good when cleansing on face / skin. It feels like cleansing with lotions. So moist and extremely hydrating. At certain point, I'd compared ceramides with hyaluronic acid, I finds ceramides are more moistful than hyaluronic acid. I'm a retinol user for more than 13 years, no doubt retinol works wonders, besides diminishing and treats deep set wrinkles and fine lines, it also helps alot in reducing oily skin, shrink pores, keeping pores clean and lesser blackheads and sebums. Retinol even treats pimple and acne skin for young adults. No doubt the effects are like miracle, if for long term users like me that more than 13 years or approximately, retinol seems like frozed my age on my appearance, like I'm in my 30's. I'm actually in my mid 40's now. But retinol has one disadvantage, that is can be quite drying for skin. I'm pairing using Cerave's moisturizing cleanser which has 3 types of ceramides and it's just perfect. Skin is soft, smooth and well hydrated. For toner, I'm also using a ceramide toner by Duplair, a Japanese's mid range skin brand. The two pairs excellent for my skin. With my nightly use of retinol, that's how I found my perfect skin's essential or régime. But certainly, it works well for me, it may not for others. Everyone's skin is different afrerall. But it's important once had found what's best for your own skin, stay with the items / products. Don't switch around just because there are more and more new interesting stuffs are launch in the skin care industry to the market. Constantly switching and trying too many skin care products, either skin can't takes it or you won't see immediate effects, everything works the same, you gotta stick with it for a certain duration to be able to see visible results. And also don't waste your money investing on too many new launched products, at the end, you might ended don't see the effects or ended it's a lousy product. But back to Cerave moisturizing cleanser, it is damp good, the foaming cleanser I find is just very same like any ordinary foaming facial cleansing gels.
hi, idk if you can help me but i have combination skin but some blackheads. however my skin is eczema prone even tho its controlled. i was thinking of getting the hydrating cleanser to use most of the days and the sa smoothing cleanser to use 2/3 days a week for exfoliation. do you recommend that? any tips? thank you ❤
@@readingbythemoon Hi, if you're going to use the Cerave's SA range of cleanser and toner, then just use these two for trying out a month. And let's see by then if your eczema heals. I wouldn't want to recommends you for other products or brands that is too costly, and at the end if it doesn't work, you might feel a waste of your money. Cerave you can trust this brand, it's safe to use and also is not that costly or to say it's affordable. Another thing, if you wants to try retinol, perhaps, I'm saying perhaps it may work to solve your eczema, or worst it may not. I'm saying these cause everyone's skin is different. It may work on some people, it may not work for others too. It's something very hard to tell and no guarantees. For retinol, if you wanna tries it, you may op for cerave's retinol cream, afterall is the same brand. If not, you might wanna look out for a brand called "RoC" retinol. This is the brand I'm using for many years and it's reliable. But, I must tell you, the pricing(s) isn't cheap, it's quite costly, but not extremely costly like some branded cosmetic's brands. It's all up to you in your choice of investments. But be prepared, in case it all doesn't work, just don't feel too disappointed, keep up and search for other's something to use. Or, if you wants a precise solutions with what's really suit for your skin, I'll say, it will be much better if you goes to a skin specialist doctor, they are called as "dermatologist". With a dermatologist's advice, certainly they are more professional and can prescripts you what's right to use for your current skin's condition. But certainly you have to pay for a fee cause you're seeing a specialist doctor. Reading online from other's including my experiences, I can't guarantees you a "certainly" will be treated. Cause I'm not a dermatologist. I'm just sharing my experiences that's all. So, you have a few options to decides on. And another method but it's a slow method over months, is by drinking a lot of water in a day, says drinking about 3 - 6 litres of water. Cause water helps to flush out our body's internal organ's toxics. And you'll need to go toilet consistently in a day, but it's a way to detox what's not good out from your body. Water it does help, but you won't see "overnight" immediate results. It's through times. For me, I'd done it before and still remains the same, 6 litres of water every day and I'd also changed my diet. I'm on vegetarian. Totally no red meats or seafoods intake for the last 3 years till now. It does help alot for me that I'd seen. I was quite plumb a few years ago before 2020. My body's weight was around 80 - 85kg (177 lb - 188 lb) and with my height of 5 foot 6 inch. Though it may be still okay with my height, but it does looked I'm chubby. After I'm on my vegetarian diet, since 2022 to now currently 2023, my body's weight had lowered to 70 - 72kg (155 lb - 159 lb). I'd lost about 10 over kilos of weight naturally through times. Bare in mind, don't goes to believe and in taking those slimming powders or beverages. They are very highly toxicant ingredients contains in it, that's why many people thought is good and great and happy and satisfied to see immediate results after a few months that they had slimmed down. But they do not know is, they are consuming toxicant products. Long term of intaking, their liver will be the first organ to be damage. Simplified, nothing comes in immediate results like overnight or just a few weeks or few months. If there is, it surely something not good contains in it. My vegetarian way and water drinking took me over a year or more slowly and naturally slimmed down and also cleared my skin's condition. You can always do some research by yourself via Google search. There you'll see what's good and what's suitable for you. I'm telling you these cause that's what and how I did. I didn't chose the "shortcut" ways and harm my body and skin. Good luck ...
@@alexandriaelony6858 Please go and check that drinking 6 litres of water a day is correct. I have heard 6-8 glasses of water a day never 6 litres this seems an awfully large quantity. You may be doing damage to your kidneys. Definitely do a google search. Best of luck
Also, people with dry skin - buy the ceraVe hydrating cream. I only use that one as moistruiser. Doesnt break me out, it sinks into the skin, doesnt leave it oily but soft and juicy✨ i love it. I use it in the am and pm. For info i have dry, sensitive, acne prone skin :) ❤️
My dermatologist recommended this brand for my sensitive skin. Love it! Only thing I can put on my skin and not irritate, no red or rashes . I use the green bottle for cleansing and follow by cerave cream.
The CeraVe foaming has changed my life. I had acne since I was a teenager. Tried everything under the sun to no avail. I started using this in my 40’s, which I still had acne. My acne totally healed up after switching to this. I don’t use anything else, not even moisturizer. My skin is balanced now and doesn’t need anything, but this cleanser. I’m 50 now and have been using this for 6 years. I give it a 5 out of 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I live in the humid subtropics/oily/acne prone
@@chantel3443 I’m in my 50’s and never used moisturizer. My skin has an oil barrier that works and locks in hydration just fine. If you have dry skin, then you should use moisturizer.
@@muffin6183 I know people believe you have to have moisturizer, but my skin has its own built in moisturizer. Within 15 minutes of washing my face, the oils are already built back up on my skin. One of the perks of oily skin is it helps keep you looking younger and I’m okay with that. 😉
Cannot lied anymore about this cleanser, my skin (breakout) more than a years. recovered by using this brand! I used hydrating cleanser + SA cream. Within 1 weeks plus everything (bump n acne) is gone! Very recommanded
I am using the hydrating one....its not as soapy as my old cleanser but i prefer this one since its not making my skin felt so dry and rubbery....will use this from now on
i used hydrating facial cleanser and moisturizing cleanser since i have combination skin and it left my skin feeling super moisturizered but then i switched over to the foaming cleanser and sa rough and bumpy lotion and it leaves my skin super soft and smooth
I've already tried both. And I can say, coming from a tropical country, the Foaming facial cleanser is better. ♥️ Hydrating facial cleanser tends to make me feel oily specially during Summer season
I have dry skin, and for some reason, I feel a burning sensation while using THE HYDRATING FACIAL CLEANSER. So, I switched to a FOAMING FACIAL CLEANSER but before that, I clean up my face with HYDRATING CREAM TO FOAM CLEANSER (I love double cleaning), during the day, I'm using Spf50 Cerave. And it works. I have been having problems with acne for the last couple of years, and now it's soo much better.
The foaming cleanser made my acne worse and made my skin feel too tight and itchy. The hydrating cleanser is better for me. Both are great products, just make sure you know your skin type before you buy.
I love your energy. You seem like such a cool person to be around and this is coming from someone who has social anxiety issues and no friends. lol Very informative video.
I think it also depends on where you are. I use Cerave foaming cleanser (oily skin) and while I lived in Cartagena (Col), hot and humid tropical weather, it was amazing, but now that I live in Stockholm, the weather is cold and less humid, so I feel this cleanser is a bit disruptive for my skin. I would use it for summer, though.
Its almost 1 year I’m using the cerave foaming cleanser and it was so good to my face because i have oily skin. Everytime i use it feel so smooth looking young on my face and see the brightness and no clogged up to my face and I received many good compliments. Love it the Cerave❤️❤️❤️
I prefer foaming cleansers. The Cerave foaming cleanser doesn’t dry out my my dry/normal skin. I find that many cleansers today aren’t as harsh as they used to be . Even the ones for oily skin.
I have used Cerave cleansers for years. The last time I purchased it, I bought the Cerave Cream to Foam Cleanser for Normal to Dry skin and love, love, love it. The creaminess and foam textures in a single experience are an indulgence.
My face breakout so bad for 2 years bcs I'm using mercury products for almost 5 years. When I decided to stop using mercury local products, I'm trying many products. Finally I'm using cerave already 3 months. Buy cerave form bcs my skin sensitive/combination. Added hydrating hada labo toner, aiken moisturiser and bougas sunscreen. I'm swear my face much better now. Jika awk fedup dgn kulit awk, percayala sy pernah melaluinya. Keep strong 💪
The 2nd Foaming Cleanser has two version: US vs Europe. The US version contains paraben while the Europe version does not but replaced by phenoxyethanol.
I have sensitive, very dry and sometimes acne prone skin. And when I say sensitive I mean SENNSITIVVVE. The cerave hydrating cleanser is the only one I use for over 2 years now. Never disappoints, never dehydrates, my skin doesn't feel like its gonna break apart after I wash it. Buy it, you wont regret. Also, a friend of mine who has mixed skin type has the salicylic acid one and really likes it
@@Cupcakecutie86 i genetically dont have large pores and they don't really get cloged. Also my skin depends on my diet a lot! But if I'm eating wel I still have to do my skincare Routine to keep it fresh and clean. I use the CeraVe hydrating cream, its the blue one. After I wash my face, I use hyaluronic acid followed by the CeraVe hydrating Cream. I have really never seen something negative come out of using those CeraVe products. At least in my personal experience. And I don't plan on changing them any time soon. I often use a serum for acne and have ordered a retinol and will be integrating it very soon. But my baseline is always those 2 CeraVe's. My skin is very plump and healthy :) not dry at all. Very elastic too
@@Cupcakecutie86 i do it only at night. I think I saw Spencer Barbosa say it makes no sence to wash your face in the morning, cuz what did you do while sleeping? And I really took it to heart. In the morning i just do hyaluronic acid, cream and sunscreen. I cleanse only at night. I found my skin not to be dry and irritated when I do so. I think 2x a day was overcleansing for me
@@mery8680 i try this one please give me a miracle because i have so much acne scars like black heads, and also im acne prone like every day i got a new acne! and oily dry and i feel like i have sensitive skin. SA CLEANSER IS NOTHING TO ME!!!!!!!!! . what should you recommend for me?
This validated my choice. I used the foaming cleanser before but sometimes I feel slight sting on the side of my nose after using it. Then I tried the hydrating and it works better on my face
I think I have combination skin. I bought the blemish control cleanser but no moisturiser is keeping my skin hydrated. I’m considering using the hydrating cleanser in the morning and the blemish cleanser at night. Do you recommend?
I used to use neutrogena for an acne routine which worked really well in my stubborn teen acne phase, but now as an adult I realize neutrogena was getting expensive for the amount of product they offer plus I didn’t suffer acne anymore. I didn’t know what to buy until I saw CeraVe reviews and I have been HOOKED on the hydrating wash, SA body cream and moisturizing lotion for my face and body. If I have a break out I use the SA bar on my face and it helps a ton! I LOVE CeraVe! I also use it with a vibrating facial brush to make sure it gets deep into my skin and pores
Anyone who has found that they are sensitive to Hyaluronic acid (HA), and or Ceramides? Whenever I use Cerave my skin goes crazy with red bumps and acne, and I don’t even have acne prone skin. All their cleansers contains the same ingredients, but with a few differences. I have sensitive skin.
it's tough to determine which ingredient you are sensitive to unless you've experimented but if your skin can't handle cerave, pls use something that suits your skin better.
I got the same result with SA renewing cleanser, I'm not acne prone skin too.. my only problem before is whiteheads( not too much) so I decided to use SA renewing cleanser to clear those whiteheads but the whiteheads multiple and little unknown bump in my forehead appear. 😥
Hi, how often do you use them? Because I also have oily and acne-prone skin and I’m trying to figure out if I should get them😭 like do you use both of them every day? Or alternate between?
@@bigmike8598 i saw a video where it said you should use a small amount, not too much. so just wet your face, take a small amount into your hands while rubbing it then apply to face.
@@bigmike8598 Yes it should work for you! Make sure despite having oily skin that you use a moisturizer. I thought I had super oily skin type but it turns out I was just overstripping it. Now I use Cerave cleanser, elf holy hydration moisturizer, niacinamide serum, and sunscreen. My skin has gotten much better :)
I always struggled with acne really badly. About 3 years ago I went to CeraVe and honestly I cannot believe I spent so much money on other brands (clearasil and clean and clear).. I will never go back. HOWEVER. I did recently purchase the hydrating CeraVe cleanser because my local store was out of the cream to foam cleanser and I didnt like how it dried out my skin. I ended up ordering the cream to foam on Amazon because all of the stores were out of it and I'm so happy to have it back. Seriously. It doesn't smell super pretty but my skin NEVER burns and it feels so clean without drying it out.
I have really oily skin but the foaming one was still too drying for my skin. Maybe it's also dehydrated? Anyways, the green one is the perfect one, when you use an oil cleanser as the first step of a double cleanse. I think it's not cleansing effectively when used on its own.
i have dryyyyy sensitive as hell skin. I'm 33 this is the first cleanser I've ever used that doesn't make my skin dry as hell or tight. i feel like I've already moistured after using this brand. I now use the hylauronic acid serum and their moisturising cream which really helps my sensitive skin.
Planning on switching cleanser and i've been eyeing cerave for quite some time but a little bit pricey so I'm quite hesitant but because of your review I am determine to try it now. ❤️ New subscriber here! 😊
I've been using the hydrating cleanser for a year, but I started out with the sample sizes. You can try Walmart, Walgreens or CVS before u buy the regular sizes
I've been using the hydrating (left one) for like 3-4years now. I have eczema, dry skin (somedays). It costs about 20-23$CAD depending on the size. I got the largest 500+ml which lasts quite a while and I share with my mom. It's a decent price for a drug store brand. I don't wear makeup so this is enough for cleanse
I love Cerave! Its a wonderful skin care line. I use the hydrating face wash and the hydrating soap for my body. My skin is so clear and I feel so clean. The moisture it leaves behind is unmatched by any other products. Altho I agree, it is expensive it’s worth it! and I won’t use anything else. I see a big improvement in my skin.
I bought the foaming cleanser to try and get away from using bar soap which dried out my skin a lot. I want to like it but I feel like it's making me break out more often compared to my regular bar soap T_T
Sometimes Niacinamide causes "purging" which happened to me when I started using serums but went away when I started using it continuously. Try googling, might help.
@@aroobasheikh649 I didn't! I think my skin's gotten used to it like previous commenters said, plus I've found that I only need to use a teeny bit (like a dime sized amount)
I've heard positive reviews about how the second one has improved acne, I think I'll give that one a try. Been using the hydrating cleanser and it just doesn't to the job at all (in context of treating acne)
@@QUEEN-df1mc i dont have super oily skin and i dont have acne, just a few breakouts before period. my skin is combination. and this cleanser gave me many painful pimples and whiteheads. i guess the formula is just not for my skin. i am aware that it will be great for many people
I use the first one, but I use it to wash my hands before cleansing my face. It doesn’t seem powerful enough to cleanse the skin effectively to me, but I’ll give it a try. Your explanation of the slow-release was helpful. Helps me understand why the cleanser doesn’t dry my hands out even if don’t put hand cream on after using it. It’s good to know it must be completely rinsed off on face. ❤️
Which is best for sometimes oily, sometimes dry skin (combo)? I have acne scars on my chin as well, is there a skincare product that can lighten the scars?
You need AHA/BHA to exfoliate the top and deep into your skin. Also you may benefit from a retinoid and alpha arbutin and or Tranexamic acid for the scars. Never forget your SPF in the day time. All of these are currently in my current regimen with CeraVe foaming cleanser as my face cleanser. I do also use a vit c derivative oil cleanser when i double cleanse.
I'm kinda on the edge of switching to the Foaming Cleanser. Currently using CeraVe SA Cleanser, have used It for a month, not sure if my skin is purging or getting worse. My left cheek actually looks so horrible now.
@@jj081500 maybe you should do this I’m probably gonna do this too. Buy the foaming cleanser one and still use the one you have. Let’s make a skin care schedule Am to Pm. So use the softer one with a silicone scrubbing pad. Use your normal moisturizer. Then use a heavier cream at night or the same one then the foam one. If you use the foam one a lot it can damage your skin barrier. So you gotta balance it out.
Its fine if you are acne prone. Just try not to use everyday, maybe alternate days, as using it too often can cause ur skin to be more sensitive due to the salicylic acid thus causing more acne. Dont forget to use moisturizer and also a sunscreen in the morning.
I like the SA Cleanser during summer when my skin is very oily. Now that it's winter my skin gets dry and sensitive so I felt like the SA Cleanser was a bit drying on my skin. I use the Hydrating Cleanser in the morning and just got the Foaming Cleanser for my evening skin care routine.
I use these as shower gel, and face mainly after harsh facial treatments like microneedling and chemical peels etc. I keep the other brands for when I’m healed. I do have psoriasis and eczema. Perfect. C
I use the lotion cleanser, it’s so nice, this cleanser doest give me that stripped off moisture after cleansing which I experienced with the other cleansers I used in the past then I also tried their SA cream because I developed bumpy skin on my arms recently and I’m surprised, unbelievable, after 2 days of use, the bumps are gone! Just how

I have combination sensitive skin and this cleanser irritates my skin 😭 I really want to like it. But as soon as I apply it on my face it actually burns a little.
Me too I recommend Cerave more effective. I m using cetaphil for years but this month I use cerave it’s fantastic. I use also Aquapor eucerin for my lips which was dehydrated and really dry. One use it was excellent
I have combination prone to oily / acne. I’ve used Cetaphil Gentle Cleanser for many years & love it. I think if you have no issue with paraben / sls sles, then Cetaphil Gentle Cleanser is good enough. Just avoid the Cetaphil for Oily Skin as I find that one to be way too drying, even I’m prone to oily skin with acne at times.
Can you do CeraVe's Renewing SA cleanser vs CeraVe's Acne Foaming Cream Cleanser? I'm still confused on what the difference for this one is minus their textures.
Can you please do a review on klairs sunscreens? Mid day blue uv and soft airy uv. Discuss things like, does the whitecast suitable for tan skin? Thank youu.
Good idea on the whitecast on tan skin! We will be having a video about physical sunscreen vs chemical sunscreen and what you can do to reduce whitecast caused by physical sunscreen :)
Hi! I have oily skin, I use the Hydrating cleanser and it works fine. It doesn't make me more oily at all but sometimes I feel like I can skip moisturizer because of how hydrated my skin feels. ☺️
I am wondering the same. My skin is normally oily but I have just recovered from a bad bacterial infection on my face which has left me on the dry & sensitive side.
I have slightly oily skin with mild acne and love the hydrating cleanser, foaming cleansers I find too stripping and that actually makes my skin produce more oil. I use the cerave daily lotion afterwards and never get any extra acne from either one but that's just me you'd need to test it out a few weeks yourself to find out.
Doc, cerave was founded in 2005, bought by L'Oréal in 2017. Please get your facts straight. Thanks The packaging is terrible, looks very cheap. The pump blockage is in every pump dispenser I owned since they appeared. I live in Italy. Hyaluronic acid does not hydrate skin (check Dr Idriss video) Cerave has the cheapest form of hyaluronic acid (sodium hyaluronate), like most skincare products.
It doesn't have any ingredients that fights acne, I suggest you go for the SA cleanser which has 0.5% Salicylic acid and try out a retinoid cream or a benzoyl peroxide cream they really helped me out
6:27 sorry this is gonna be a silly question but how do you make sure that the cleanser is washed off of your face completely? I'm assuming that you splashed water on your face to wash it off and that's what I usually do with cleansers. But if that's not enough to get the cleanser off your face totally, what other way/method would you use to make sure that it's all washed off?
I have to stop you there (1:52 into the video)! These products *do* contain preservatives. The preservative used is PHENOXYETHANOL and there are widely conflicting opinions as to its safety - for example from causing eczema to, if ingested, interfering with the CNS (central nervous system). Furthermore, this is not a "ceramide based" product for this reason: the preservative Phenoxyethanol is not allowed at concentrations of over 1%. In the ingredients lists, the ceramides come after this ingredient - therefore, less than 1% ceramide. Many people may love this product, but it shouldn't be misrepresented like this.

I used to have a dull face. But then I got glowing skin without pimples and dark spots by following these steps. -:
Using rice berry face wash and riceberrry vitaminc face serum for 3 months now has helped my dark spots reducing.

So u prefer the foam one? Or the hydrating?
@@exodialc1277 obviously the foam one
Hydrating is for cold dry countries and enzema/dry skin. Foaming is for tropical humid rainforest country skin types very oily skin
wow thx for telling me
bdhsjjs i used the hydrating one, and it made my skin more dry 🤦🏻♀️
I live in a hot dry country so I use the hydrating one.
ouhhh this is very helpfull. thnks !
I strongly suggest reading the ingredients on the bottle before purchasing (mainly for the foaming facial cleanser) which contains parabens in the U.S
But back to Cerave moisturizing cleanser, it is damp good, the foaming cleanser I find is just very same like any ordinary foaming facial cleansing gels.

hi, idk if you can help me but i have
combination skin but some blackheads. however my skin is eczema prone even tho its controlled. i was thinking of getting the hydrating cleanser to use most of the days and the sa smoothing cleanser to use 2/3 days a week for exfoliation. do you recommend that? any tips? thank you ❤
@@readingbythemoon Hi, if you're going to use the Cerave's SA range of cleanser and toner, then just use these two for trying out a month.

I have combination sensitive skin and this cleanser irritates my skin 😭 I really want to like it. But as soon as I apply it on my face it actually burns a little.
Which cleanser you use?
The same one he is talking about
The foaming or the hydrating one?
@@samuele.bho.5227 oh okay. I used the hydrating one
I loved this videos explains everything we read and don't have any idea of why we buy but it says is good so we buy lol!
So which one do you recommend for acne-prone oily/sensitive skin, Cerave or Cetaphil?
For me Cerave is more work than Cetaphil that i've tried
cerave 100%
Me too I recommend Cerave more effective. I m using cetaphil for years but this month I use cerave it’s fantastic. I use also Aquapor eucerin for my lips which was dehydrated and really dry. One use it was excellent
@@merlynbalmes9815 thank you for your suggestion. Will try that once I have budget hahahaha skincare can be expensive especially in our country
The foaming one works great on my skin. The hydrating one is too drying for my face.
How do when the Hydrating is made for moisturizing it literally feels like lotion on your face. It’s a gentle cleanser
That doesn't make sense? How the HYDRATING makes you dry???😂😂
@@Skynfyx Awesome. Thank you for considering!
done set reminder , tak sabar nak tgk sbb cerave ni tgh 🔥
yay!
which one is better for fungal acne?
Non
I use the Cerave Gel Moussant version and it is so good. I have eczema combination skin.
Please can oily skin use the hydrating facial cleanser?
Hi all.. Can I use the hydrating cleanser even though I have oily skin?
@@Oriielis thank you for sharing!
Foaming one is a lot better.
Doc, cerave was founded in 2005, bought by L'Oréal in 2017.
Please get your facts straight.
Thanks
The packaging is terrible, looks very cheap.
The pump blockage is in every pump dispenser I owned since they appeared.
I live in Italy.
Hyaluronic acid does not hydrate skin (check Dr Idriss video)
Cerave has the cheapest form of hyaluronic acid (sodium hyaluronate), like most skincare products.
Which one the best for pregnant mom..can u give suggestion? thanks
Actually, which one is better for combination dry - oily and sensitive skin?
Which one is good for brightening men skin???
Review the Cerave Blemish Control Cleanser
Which one is suitable for sensitive/oily skin and repair skin barrier after breakout?
This is Very good, i loved it
Is the hydrating cleanser good to get rid of acne?
It doesn't have any ingredients that fights acne, I suggest you go for the SA cleanser which has 0.5% Salicylic acid and try out a retinoid cream or a benzoyl peroxide cream they really helped me out
6:27 sorry this is gonna be a silly question but how do you make sure that the cleanser is washed off of your face completely? I'm assuming that you splashed water on your face to wash it off and that's what I usually do with cleansers.
But if that's not enough to get the cleanser off your face totally, what other way/method would you use to make sure that it's all washed off?
Can you do a REVIEW of the CERAVE CREAM TO FOAM CLEANSER and a comparison to the two aforementioned cleansers in this video? Please and Thank you. 😁
I use both. Single cleans with the hydrating in the am. And use the foam and than hydrating at evening.
Which one is good for dry skin
