FINALLY! Someone gave me an idea of what these bumps might be. Everyone was like "fungal acne" but mine never itch and are skin coloured and sometimes turn into blackheads.

people be slashing and roughly rubbing their cleansers all over their skin for 10 seconds and rinse off and then complain abt how their skin texture isn't improving, yeah I wonder why😒 If y'all actually don't know: first, you should wash your hands really good, don't forget to wash under your nails too (you can't wash your face with dirty hands), wet your skin a couple of times (your skin is like a sponge, in order for it to absorb all the good chemicals/ingredients it needs to be wet thoroughly). Apply the cleanser on your hands and rub them to create a foam (if you’re using a different cleanser you should still rub your hands to distribute the liquid equally). Apply on your face in GENTLE motion, I suggest using your middle and ring fingers, especially around your eye area since that skin area is more sensitive. Keep applying the cleanser for a good minute (cleansers take time to absorb into skin and actually start working, so washing your face for 10-15 seconds won't do anything to your skin, you will just waste the product. Applying the cleanser from 1-2 minutes will ensure the ingredients to soak into your skin through the thick barrier and start working. A lot of idols do this technique and their skin is glowing)) I personally like to spread the cleanser from my cheeks, to my nose, to my forehead, and then to my chin (I switch the order too but always do my cheeks first) and finish off with my eye area. Then rinse it off with warm water, don't let it be too cold or too hot because that will also break the skin barrier and stress your skin out, causing more breakouts. Then I wipe my face with a towel lightly, not too much so my skin would be a little bit damp to absorb the moisturizer well. Toner is optional, if you have it then use it but if you don't it's still fine. Pump your moisturizer and spread equally in your hands. Now, my skin type is combo and my concern area is the t-zone so I like to put the moisturizer on my cheeks and whatever is left on my forehead then nose, and then chin (your way may differ depending on your dry areas). LASTLY, this is important, dab your skin lightly to help the moisturizer absorb well and lock in your skin!!! This is also a good tip: Rub your hands to create heat and gently press on your face, this will increase the blood flow in the skin, allowing oxygen and nutrients to move through blood vessels which is essential for the regrowth of damaged tissue)) Give your skin and your skin care ingredients some time (2 months is a good period of time where you can see changes) to get to know each other and work together to make your skin look perfect. Hope this helps :)) oh and PLEASE do not forget about your neck!!! you don't need a special routine for your neck but at least applying toner to wipe off the dust/dirt and applying moisturizer afterwards will help so much, also try doing massages and move your hands from up to down (so going from your chin, apply a little bit of pressure and start moving your hands down all the way to the base of your neck where your shoulders are) this will make your neck look so much better AND DO NOT PLEASE DO NOT FORGET TO WEAR SUNSCREEN WHEN GOING OUT EVEN IF ITS CLOUDY!!! Update: One of my friends told me to try this one skincare/makeup company called SSTAGIONI COSMETICS and yall- I love it😭 I had a lot of dark spots so I decided to buy their vitamin c and you can really see the difference even tho it’s been like 2 weeks?? Also recommend the cleanser (lightweight and doesn’t leave my skin dry), the toner (very moisturizing!!), and the moisturizer bc it also contains spf so it’s a double win.

Don't give up! You might want to take a look at your diet and make sure you're not overdoing it on the dairy and sugar and that you're eating a lot of greens and drinking a ton of water! Once I cut back a lot on dairy, sugar and coffee (caffeine can also play a role) I noticed a difference. Just keep telling yourself that this is not permanent, it's only something that you're going through right now. With trial and error you'll figure it out! And if you have the ability to, I would recommend seeing an esthetician to figure out exactly what type of acne you have and getting on a skincare regime that will actually work for you.

I have these in the same place for the past year and wondered what they are! They're hardly noticeable but if I squeeze them, the stuff comes out and the hole becomes sore and turns into a pimple.

Dairy causes comedones by affecting the hormones. That is because dairy in the market nowadays have been processed and many have been added to it. However, I heard that it won't be the same case if the source was grass fed (organic?, natural feeding?)

Wow I’m so glad I found this video! Thought I had fungal acne at first but it doesn’t itch or anything so I ruled that out. Once I realised what it was I went out and bought The Ordinary 5% lactic acid HA and damnnn sis! It’s been one week of using it every day after cleansing at night and before moisturising, and the difference already is crazy! I had bumps all over my forehead and chin but now they’re much less apparent, and my overall skin tone and texture is much more even too. I didn’t get the 10% lactic acid because I didn’t want to go from nothing to something rather strong and I think I made the right choice. Might get it in the future tho if I think I need it! But definitely recommend to anyone who thinks they have these bumps!

I have a lot of these, when they got worse I put that shampoo on and well my skin got worse. The shampoo is so aggressive and dehydrates your skin so much. I have extremely dry skin so how in the world would I get fungal acne.

I have dry skin and fungal acne too (or used to have, it's pretty much under control now) Don't have the shampoo on your face for more than five (max ten) minutes at a time and use it once or twice a week at most. Drink enough water. Also most importantly switch all products you use on your face, including makeup, to malessezia (fungal acne) safe products!

This would have helped so much a year ago. I bought the shampoo but barely used it. I used it 2-3 times before I stopped because it kept burning my face and it didn’t do anything at all. RUclips and TikTok really had me thinking I had fungal acne.
