The way she edits her recipes is incredible, it takes a lot of skill and knowledge to have restraint but also create intelligent food that is balanced and makes sense.
I was obsessed with Emma’s outfit and had to figure out what she was wearing. If anyone is curious, I’m 99.9% sure it’s the modern utility jumpsuit from Everlane in brass 😆
I had to check to make sure it wasn't tuesday today and I skipped a day somehow haha. I've already preordered Emma's book weeks ago but I have a feeling I'll be getting multiple copies for friends and family for the holidays. Extra episodes sound amazing, thank you!
Emma! Congratulations on the book…I’m not into ‘veggie’ meat things BUT my daughter is and will be forwarding this to her. I also HAVE to mention that you have the most beautiful head of hair! Will be really looking forward to your upcoming vids.
Hi! Dried chickpeas tend to stay pretty hard even after an overnight soak, meaning they may not mash very easily. I would suggest boiling or pressure cooking them first - not all the way, just enough to make them easier to work with when mashing them.
I made these tonight for dinner and instead of frying them in the oil, I air fried them for about 10 mins at 350 and they came out wonderful!!
congrats on the book!!! everything emma does is a masterclass in recipe development

You can also soak and grind brown lentils this way!
Do you refrigerate the chickpeas while they are soaking? Or do you let them sit at room temperature?

Thanks for the reply!!
Maybe small batches done in the blender but on slowest setting so it doesn't turn into hummus.
A rolling pin on parchment paper will also work well to get the consistency. Blessings🌺🌷🌺
😋🤤👍🏽
So, a Falafel burger? Certainly a good idea as a base.
Layer on that Tzatziki with some cucumber slices (I can't get enough cucumber, it seems).
@@DuyNguyen-yx2vd Omg yum!
Too bad we don't get artichokes over this part of the globe
she reminds me of rizo from grease.
Great recipe! What is the outfit you are wearing? It is beautiful!
