They look yummy, though I'd want a dollop of yogurt or tahini on mine. You would probably enjoy potato-kibbeh balls, a Lebanese dish. Also fried after being shaped into little footballs.
Ooh they sound great. I've got several middle Eastern cookbooks and haven't come across these. I'll have to look online and see if I can find any details for them.
@@victoriahollis3454 Lots of recipes online. My mother would make these for lent. If your cookbooks are thorough, there should be a recipe for these vegetarian version of kibbeh.
These look like a great snack on their own or a total meal with the salad, can't wait to make these since I already love making Emma's Cheesy Quinoa Fritters. Thank you for another fun recipe.
Really need to get her cookbook.
It's so good, I stopped bookmarking all the recipes because it was like every single one haha.
get it, mine just came today and it's fabulous!

Dat. CRUNCH.
This looks so fricking good.
I had to order my bulgur online but it's arriving today, already have my Feta, so psyched to try these tonight :)
Just finished these for dinner, the salad is so key as a side. Incredible.. had to fight my picky bf from eating my plate after he had his. This is a keeper, thank you!!!
Just made this for a quick dinner! Absolutely delish and super easy!! I had never cooked with bulgar wheat before but was really amazing!!
I love your simple recipes. I haven’t made one that wasn’t amazing. Your Christmas fudge with crème fraich … Lawd H’mercy!!
I definitely want to try making these fritters!
I make the feta brine martini ALL THE TIME! Lol i need a recipe for all the feta left from using the brine
Nice video & great to watch 😊
Haha. I was just wondering how to use my leftover feta😄🤙🏼Gracias!
Thanks for watching K G! Happy cooking!
I never have leftover Feta but this recipe looks really good.
@@christianoliver3572 I normally don't either, but my fridge just went *bonk* and I need to eat up the perishables😉🤙🏼
@@kng3785 Well make this recipe as it sounds great.
Sorry your fridge went kaput.
Looks amazing. Yum!
Loved this recipe 😍
Cool great for vegetarians like me
Can’t wait to try it.

Her name card flashed so fast the beginning lmao leave it up for longer, it’s her segment, sheesh
Where is Emma? I miss her and this segment of Big Little Recipes.💞 Will Emma be back?
👍
What brand is the ice cream scoop
I made these tonight and they are delicious! But I struggled to get them crispy. I made them early and kept them in the fridge for several hours and my oil was hot. What did I do wrong?
I had a similar experience maybe too much oil?
Maybe too much moisture? If the bulgur absorbed too much water cooking or the feta was extra wet
❤❤🤪❤❤🤪
First time I’ve heard Bulgur being pronounced like that 🙉
Good recipe. Less hand talking.
god PLEEASE make her stop talking in that PATTERN
god PLEEASE make wellofcire stop talking

I agree. Ending every sentence like it's a question. I love her and her recipes tho.
