let me be clear, i don't hate lil cherry's verse on the track and it's hard to remove her without ruining the song structure a bit, this is just for fun! let's all support yves on her comeback!
yes i noticed some people have already made versions without lil cherry but i've decided to make a version where i could add my own spin on the empty space lil cherry leaves when she's out plus added a few little things in the last chorus :)
this could've been better quality if i had access to the original stems but this is what i could do for now

I also feel like lil cherry's parts made the song feel fuller. Yves has such a smooth and light voice, and the rap verses contrasted that wonderfully with lil cherry's scratchier voice and rhythmic lyrics. But I also think the rap would have been elevated if they were able to make the lyrics fit with the theme that Yves was talking about more with the song. I'm not sure what inspired lyrics like "A you a Gen Z" or "I got that stank up on me." Since the song is about being in a repeating cycle of relationships, and seems to come from a real emotional place, the lyrics of the rap seemed to just run off away from the original theme.

right like if the lyrics made sense or were written to fit the theme of the song then it would have elevated the song further instead of causing weird cringe tension but I agree cherrys rap made the song more full and complete!
No cherries remix is giving Human eyes version in so many ways.

you are a LIFESAVER. tysm for making this. i literally don’t know what people see in lil cherry tbh; her voice/blaccent is so grating and her bars are so nonsensical. i adore yves, but i really do think having lil cherry on her debut title track was not the best decision. but that’s just my (unpopular) opinion.
The sad thing is she can rap and is good with non sense lyrics 😂 but she didn't do justice to this song

Thank you so much for this. :)No offense to lil cherry, but the only thing stopping me from adding the song to my playlist was the rap. Like dammit she could at least change her flow and cadence to fit the beat and its style, she just rapped as she would have done in one of her hip hop tracks. In my personal opinion it did not fit the song at all. Loop is a pure example of a song that did not need a rap verse more so another singing verse or even a bridge.
