same... I always knew triples since 2022 when AAA released generation and have always followed their music but have never cared enough to learn the members and stuff about them. It was until this comeback thay I realized how powerful these girls actually are. I am now learning all the members, watching badge war (SUPER FUNNY) signals and learning all the stuff I could've learned before. They are incredibly funny and I love learning about triples and becoming a WAV ❤

I recently became a WAV too. Jiwoo first caught my eyes on Queendom Puzzle, and I was already familiar with the GP999 line especially Xinyu.
Being a Southeast Asian, the addition of Sullin made me proud that there is a SEA representative in tripleS.. so I decided, why didn't I go all out and stan them?
Girls Never Die was a perfect start as it is the first OT24 release.

If I see any kpop stans or any stans who is struggling in life, Girls Never Die is a therapeutic answer. Someone in the comment section said that tripleS is reflective of today’s youth, and their message of fulfilling your own dreams is not gimmicky. They meant it with girls capitalism, generation, rising, girls never die, and it extends to their own b-side. In conclusion, I LOVE TRIPLES!!!

When “Generation” first drop, many people actually talked about how catchy it is and the moment when WAVS (we don’t have a fandom name yet at the time) has to vote for the OT10 song, out of all the songs candidates, “Rising” gives off the TripleS vibe and WAVS voted it simply by having the “La La La” part in it. Ever since “Rising”, a TripleS song without the “La La La” part just doesn’t feel right.

For Girls Never Die, if I were to overanalyze pertaining to the members, there were a lot of instances where the members tried all over again. E.g. Yooyeon doing her SATs again and again for 3 times till she gets her college that she is satisfied, chaeyeon re debuting again, sohyun went back to mod haus again to debut with triple s and a lot of the members that were eliminated from audition programs are joining to make this one ultimate group, sort of trying again at making it as an Idol. What I'm saying is TripleS "다시 해보자" (let's try again) resonates deeply within the message of the song, the meaning of the group and the 24 members .

I swear I saw a post about the assemble 24 standing like a V shape teaser where it had seoyeon middle then beside her where Yooyeon on one side and sohyun on the other. And a fan posted saying that sohyun was supposed to be the first Triple s member but left because of health issues or something then she join back because she had great relationship with modhaus. Thing is I tried to researched online about this but it's not there. So maybe what I said could be wrong. Sorry if it disappoints you. I love this so much. I agree….the la la la is not a gimmick, it’s the TripleS war cry. After two years, TripleS and WAVS are only at the start line… how many groups debut their full group and already have 2 albums, 4 EP’s , and two singles under their belt? Also keep in mind how much we see the girls improve with every release…it’s crazy. So now is the perfect time to stan this group and hop on board now. They are popping up everywhere on RUclips. Yes learning the members is daunting , but it’s a challenge that’s worth it. Just try to pick a bias line and learn them…then watch their content and slowly learn the rest. It’s not that difficult actually. Anyway this video was awesome and thanks for showing la la la love to TripleS.

I remember KARA with their lalalas, and Red Velvet with theirs, and I love to see tripleS with theirs now and in the future. 1:24 ahh I see Nano and polar, i scream. Amazing singers, amazing producers. Love them sm. I love the whole Vendors team. This is not the time but I know I'm not the only one who would love to see in 10 years or more a full documentary about them and what they've been able to do as former idols.. iykyk. They're such a nice inspiration.
I haven't listened to tripleS' entire discography yet, but I love the two songs I've heard so much. I love how they managed to make use of a resource that is already considered overused, but in a way that doesn't feel forced or like filler, but rather like a main element. They took advantage of it in the best way. I'm so glad "Girls Never Die" exists. Both the song and music video really resonated with me and so personally that I ended up crying. And not on the first listen (at first I just liked the song musically) but when I paid more attention to the lyrics and every scene of the MV. Jaden Jeong's work is amazing, he really pays attention to details. I don't follow these girls, but they will definitely be a group I will keep in mind and want to check out as soon as I have the time. I really like the messages of their songs and their videos.
ps: I recommend "Moonrise" by TIOT too if anyone enjoys LA LA LA songs produced by Vendors, so underrated. It's not a LA LA LA song tho, it's a soft LA TA TA one lol

They perfected their "LALALA" motif in Girls Never Die? Yes, I absolutely agree! And the LALALA in GND hits so different, the MV itself as well. Like, the melody and the sombre tone of the MV have really stuck in me and made me go back again and again just to process it. I'm amazed how they were able to reinvent their same LALALA into something new and impactful so many times. I'm not a WAV but I'll surely be listening to these girls because I love their music and some of their b-sides are GOLDEN! I hope they continue rising!!!
And this was such a good video! I love the detail and care you gave to analyzing the LALALA phenomenon while also explaining the themes that tripleS is touching on with their music. It made me like and respect the group and their creative director more for what they are doing.

i started getting into triple S when I first heard generation but i wasn't a sold completely on the group. However, RISING was the song that scratched my brain so good and it made me into a wav!! I absolutely loved their new album as well.

i was in it for the girls even before i knew what tripleS was. Generation felt like a revolution to me. While there was a wave of retro synth genre in the industry, generation was a splash of fresh water. i was sold. after a whole year and a half did i realized what a unique out of box concept was tripleS. I love them so much. I wanna continue listening to all the lalas with such an amazing theme and lyrics. deeply resonate with them. love them

I LOVE GENERATION since the first listen, but was still skeptical of the group, but what made me a WAV was Rising. From then on I was certain I was gonna stan this group and become a dedicated fan! Certainly 0 regrets on my part!❤

honestly, i had listened to girls never die bc i keep up with kpop releases, and while i liked it, it didn't make a huge impression on me? i understood they had a girl empowerment concept, but without having read the lyrics or seen their music videos, i figured it was the same as many others in the space rn... but as someone who hugely cares for lyrical content and concept execution, you've encouraged me to go watch the video and it might be one of my favorites now :)

I kinda knew tripleS on the side but never gave them too much attention, but girls never die got me really interested into them! I just watched the "behind the scene" videos (where the went to perform at the soccer game).
Your video is so good and helpful here! I'm still a little confused how the whole concept is continuing, like after the 24 assemble, are they going back to subunit promotions or stay as full? And do their subunit names have any relation towards each other or the full groups name?
