You could do exercise before you get your period or either run a mile, that worked for me.
( If you do that, it needs to be done like 3 or 4 days before ur period so u don't get spasms. )

@@Maya-ec5ft jus use a heat pad and always keep a note of when u get your period so you can calculate when it comes next so you CAN PREPARE. I usually start taking pain killers a day before

Hot foot soaking really helps, but the relief lasts for different lengths of time in different person. It really gives me several sufferable hours before bed. Hottest you can stand until sweating a bit. Don’t burn though. 💓
