@marley7145 Just telling people what to do never works. You know what to do, but not why, or sometimes not even how. Saying that educational videos should be compressed to 1 minute or less is stupid. Do you study for exams for 1 minute? Do you practice a skill you want to learn for 1 minute? No, of course not. You need more time to actually understand the information! I do agree with you to some extent though. This is a bad example of a long-form educational video. They chat way too much. The video could be cut down to half it's length and still have just as much information in it, and it would he easier to process that info as well.
After I went through cancer it has been difficult to eat healthy and deny myself treats. It is like I am not sure tomorrow is coming and why shouldn’t I enjoy myself now…
Feeling comfortable with discomfort...excellent advice! Earlier today I sat in McDonalds parking lot talking to a friend. My plan was to get a coffee but as I sat there, my mouth hunger was triggered by the picture of food on the building...and I started craving a Big Mac and fries too just because I saw a picture! As I got off the phone and in the drive-thru line I had a moment of reflection...yes, this would taste pretty good (not as good as it used to when I was a kid but...do I really want to do that? ) I'm glad the line was moving slowly b/c the answer was NO! Today I was strong...and seeing this video now is confirmation that this is to be my new habit! Reflection. Be in the moment...and wait. Today I came home and made a delicious salad of spinach, arugula, salami, cheese and olives, plus a big batch of steamed broccoli. I felt so much better afterwards than I would have if I had given into that momentary craving! Thank you for your wonderfully fun and informative videos! Your guests are always awesome too. Y'all must have a lot of fun working together.
These points are the basic premise of a group program I completed through my local community health centre here in Canada, led by two dieticians. We met once a week for three weeks and then had one additional meeting just to chat and reinforce what we'd learned. I have lost just over 60 lbs. and have maintained that loss for several years. It was a slow process; the first 50 lbs. took five years, but with a change in lifestyle and thinking I have no trouble whatsoever maintaining my current weight. I eat whatever I want in moderation. Mindfulness is key.
Thanks for posting this! Am an emotional eater and love to eat late at night. Usually it's just a bowl of cereal. Sometimes ice cream. Your guest was awesome and always enjoy your videos!
You guys are amazing..and so helpful..I have learned so much watching you guys. And your guest doctors always add some fun! Thank you for making health concerns a pleasure to learn about…

This was a very good video and a really good one to save and share. Very good advice. I’m a Type 2 Diabetic and in the beginning I enrolled in a class on how to deal with diabetes. We went through guilty pleasures. The dietitian said go for a short walk which is where mindfulness comes in. If you still have the craving (she used ice cream as an example) then use a small bowl and treat yourself but not everyday. Have a few small bites and then go for another short walk. Thank Dr. Marrone for us.
I'm using a similar strategy to get from my hard fought 7 drinks per week to the new 2 drinks per week. Lots of mindfulness and self forgiveness needed.
Another great video. Food is something I'm very much addicted to. The bad thing about food addition compared to other additions is they you can't live without food. Excellent information. It is true that it is very easy to beat yourself up. And it seems doing so makes progress harder to achieve. Which is very ironic to me
Great video. I can still remember the day I woke up and suddenly had no more interest in eating sugar. It was weird and I don’t know why it happened, but now, almost two decades later, I still almost never touch the stuff (one square of very dark chocolate a day, and I’m sure some sneaks into my diet in other ways). When I asked my doctor about this, he looked at me and said, “If there’s any one thing it’s okay to lose interest in, that’s it.” But why it happened remains a complete mystery, because I still love the taste.
You were given a gift. Similarly, when I first got diagnosed with celiac disease, the cravings for gluten were bad enough to make me cry. Then POOF! One day they were gone. Now no gluten tempts me even the slightest. My coworkers will be groaning about the evil left-over birthday cake in the staff room. I don't even notice it! Lol!
Wonderful advice. Makes so much sense, and I will heed her advice. Thank you, doctors, for making your vids informational as well as entertaining. Your guest doctor was incredible as well, and provided helpful information about mindfulness that people can actually practice. Your summation at the end is appreciated as well. Love you all, and you are making lives so much better.
Incredible video! I know few people who would be exempt from it! I'm not a stress eater and when I'm facing an uncomfortable situation or confrontation, I can't eat. However, I do like to have a little something sweet after dinner. I often have some type of candy or cookie on hand. And sometimes one piece of the candy or a cookie will do. And eating something that grandma used to feed them is very comforting. Then there's watching TV late at night and seeing all the commercials for chicken wings, pizza and ice cream! Great tips about waiting 10 minutes, distracting yourself or finding other ways to occupy your time instead of grabbing something to eat needlessly. I think that understanding that eating and food can be an addiction is helpful. It's not just overeating, it's some of us are addicted to getting that hit to our brain from eating. I know I have that. I try to cut out as much sugar and refined carbs as possible since those are triggers to an escalating binge. It's almost like once I get going, I gain momentum and can't stop. So now, I might overeat for a day or two and want to keep going but then I stop and think, ok, you are in the clutches of it. Pull back and eat more lightly for a day or two to break the cycle. Usually that works. It's so hard to lose weight once I put it on, so I keep that in mind too and that slows me down, too. Just maintaining the same weight is a goal for me cuz it sure beats gaining weight. Also, yeah, nobody's perfect. You can't expect that of yourself. Do your "bad thing" for a day or two and then try to consciously pull yourself back. It might take a few days to get back on track but that's ok. It's better than binging for a month, gaining a bunch of weight and then being stuck at a higher weight. I used to have that horrible thing when I got into the habit of getting up in the middle of the night and eating! Boy did that mess with my system, and I put on a lot of weight that way. If I ever feel like doing that now I just have to be firm and tell myself NO. Maybe try to put the really destructive behaviors in the absolutely not category but be more lenient with other stuff like eating closer to bedtime than you should or something. These are just my thoughts as someone who has now struggled with eating and weight for quite some time. Also, when I was a teenager, I was anorexic for a while, and I think that messed with my appestat or whatever it's called and set me up for lifelong weight trouble. Another reason not to glamorize being too thin which can easily slide into anorexia which can actually set you up for obesity in later life! Great video.
We need to monetize wellness in our insurance industry! Doctors need to be able to sit down and have a wellness conversation with every single patient, talking about exercise, mental and emotional wellness, and nutrition! It should be the first thing that every doctor does with every new patient!
Lovely thought but untenable in the 21st century. Early to mid-20th century GP's knew you and your whole family. Sometimes they even came to their patients home to treat them. Certainly in the office they spent time with the patient and got to know them and their environment in a holistic manner, This gave them the information they needed to give practical advice to each INDIVIDUAL. Today medicine is a for-profit business and patients are cash cows. The more people a doctor sees in a day the more he/she can bill. Big insurance dictate to physicians how much they will pay for each visit and testing. It has gotten so bad that doc's can't practice as they would like. Insurance tells them how many minutes to spend with each patient if they want to get paid. Most conscientious physicians days are way longer than 8 hours. They are burning themselves out and retiring Early. As Dr. Marrone said, medical school still doesn't teach preventative medicine. There isn't time in one video to consider the barriers to the doctors excellent advice. Things like food deserts, poverty, lack of immediate role models and intrinsic cultural norms are real. Mental illness and the meds to treat It that often have a side effect of weight gain are real.
Another great video! I started watching you when I was looking for information on total knee replacement surgery and have stayed for the fantastic information you share!
Hi Docs, I saw the link to donate to the Oakville Foundation and that reminded me that I did but I don’t remember if I mentioned what happened? Hey, it’s an age thing 🤷♂️. So, a couple of weeks later I receive a call from a very nice lady thanking me for the donation. I didn’t donate a million dollars but she thanked me so much like I did. I asked her if she knew why I made the donation, she didn’t, so I explained that it was my way of thanking Talking With Docs for what you guys do. Then there was a pregnant pause. I asked if she knew TWD’s on RUclips. Nope. So I explained what TWD’s is about and I gave your names to her. She didn’t know either of you. 🤷♂️. I hoped that she would go on RUclips and look for you. I used your link so I assume I gave to your hospital? That’s my story. Again, thanks for all you do. 👏👍👌👋🖖🙋♂️🍻
Thanks James. So the people from the foundation are actually employed and are not in the hospital per se. There are some people within the foundation who have reached out and recently did a little information piece of us on their website and we are doing a video with them coming up to announce some other hospital stuff. At any rate thanks for donating
Great video! Thanks so much to you two and doc Marrone. I read a recent report about reclassification of many foods as ULTRA processed. So much fat, salt, and sugar!
I eat dessert everyday. 1/2 apple and 1 level tablespoon PB2! Diabetes is a life changer. Low carbs (60) lots of veggies, lean meats, cardio, weights, water. Sleep 6 hrs-i just cant sleep longer than 6 hrs. 🤷♀️. My pancreas&liver went crazy-then Diabetes. I've never been 'into' alcohol either. My Endocrinologist still isn't sure if I'm T1D or TTD. I'm happy my insulin use dropped from 35 units to 12! My MD daughter is happy with my progress! Thank you Drs!!!
6 hours may be normal to you. Everyone's sleep needs differ. I have a strange one lately: 6 hours one night..then I get up at 4a one night..go back to sleep around 5 and sleep till 8..the next day? 8 hours. Weird.
After just having our daughter, I used being super tired from that as an excuse to get back into emotional eating and it sucks. I was rocking it prior and for some reason, my brain just took having a kid as a GO to head back into bad habits.
I kicked cravings by doing the opposite of what nutritionists and doctors have been saying since about the 1980's. I cut carbs and sugar completely and went carnivore. I have virtually no hunger, steadily lose weight (about 55 lbs since mid January), I don't take hearrburn medication anymore and my blood pressure dropped from 147/92 to 107/72. The only thing I missed was something crunchy which lead me to pork rinds. I used to be more or less addicted to sodas, chocolate and just about anything full of carbs like pizza, subs and burgers. I lost all of those cravings in about 2-3 weeks when my body adapted from a carb based diet to fat based diet. Ravenous hunger isnt even a thing for me anymore, even when I decided to fast for 48-72 hours. I used to feel like i was starving after just 4-8 hours on a standard diet. The additional benefit is wearing old clothes from the early 2000's again so I dont have to buy a whole new wardrobe from all the weight loss.
Yes elimination style diets like that often have early benefits because of getting rid of processed food, sugar and refined carbs. Unfortunately it’s not sustainable or healthy. Animal products are simply missing so many vitamins, minerals and micronutrients. All the best
@@TalkingWithDocsIt's completely the other way around. Plant based diets lack close to 20 nutrients. Vitamin A, b6, b12, choline, creatine, carnitine, coQ10, cholesterol, EPA, DHA, zinc, selenium, iron, calcium, iodine, protein, vitamin K2 etc. The list goes on and on. The only nutrients of concern on animal based diets are calcium and vit b9 if you don't consume dairy and organs. Doctors should really stop shilling this USDA slave food pyramid
Thanks Docs, I’m loving your talks, your guests, your helpful information on all your videos. It’s always easy to understand you both about some very important things that happen in our lives and you truly take the scariness and fear away about operations. Knowledge is power and knowing what to expect takes away my anxiety. Thanks guys. May you both have a great day .❤️
All your Drs are so good & funny. Good advise & reminder to everyone of us to do better of our health. Thx you Drs looking forward to next great episode.
Good day Really good information - these segments were you include experts in other areas of medicine is greatly appreciated, it is very informative. Have you thought about a segment on "Autophagy"? Regards Larry
Thank you for this amazing video. Losing wt. was easy when I was younger but at 70 I need a new perspective. I now won't beat myself up and continue doing everything I can every day. I eat very clean but lbs. are coming off one by one which is so frustrating.
1. Mindfulness - learn to recognize your feelings 2. Take your time - try to understand the uncomfortable feeling. Set a timer for 10 minutes and find something else that gives you pleasure that had nothing to do with food. On the spot, costs no money. 3. Get used to get used to being uncomfortable 4. If nothing this works for you, have a very tiny piece of what you're craving.
Lemon sorbet is to me what chicken wings are to Paul. If lemon sorbet is not available lemon ice lollies, no other flavour will do. And the more sour they taste the better. Many thanks Drs Paul and Brad and Dr Marrone for a very informative, interesting, amusing and helpful video
Great talk, docs! I’d just like to point out that leading with a delicious looking piece of chocolate cake wasn’t maybe the best idea, I feel the urge to bake one coming on😳
Great video! I am looking forward to trying this, not only with food but other things as well. I think it will definitely help with cutting back on smoking, too. Thanks so much! 😊
What I struggle with is I don’t want to replace one bad habit with another. I have two friends and I get hungry 12 times a day I can’t call them that much that would be weird and I don’t get pleasure from reading a book, I get pleasure from doing drugs, alcohol and binge eating.
Greetings Dr. Weening and Dr.Zal Zal. I will try and stop my habit on going to Wendy’s on a bad day. This video really did help me out. Many thanks to the both of you. Have a super day.
At 10:15.... One of my favorite sayings I try to think of when I succumb to a craving is "The banquet is in the first bite." I just wish it worked to stop the craving right then more often! 🙂
The only reason I eat is because I’m breathing and I have a neck, but I only eat when I’m alone or with someone. To me, chocolate is a food group. As for ice cream, the thrill wears off after the 563rd bite.
Hey Dr Marrone, there's a concept in micro economic theory called Pareto Optimization. It's often illistrated by asking you to predict how many slices of pizza to bottles of beer you need to consume to achieve maximum happiness? Personally I'm about 3/5, slices to bottles. So, your happiness and not over eating model is a variation of the old Pareto model. By the way, about a year ago I suggested, respectfully, to Dr Weening that eating a roast beef sandwich once in a while would improve his happiness. He yelled at me. I would never make it as a psychologist. Anyway, your presentation is personally useful. Thank you.
That’s funny. Dr Weening didn’t yell at you 🤣. But your point is well taken and if you feel like you are being denied a small indulgence may be worth it. All the best
I think sugar is the biggest enemy. Minimizing sugar or removing it from your diet will improve your health. The one problem sugar is contained in a lot packaged and processed food. For us if we’re cooking raw food sugar isn’t in the equation.
To get over your food addiction you need to do some inner child work. Find out what your family did to you. You’ve likely created/allowed an environment to develop around you that hurts you in the same way. This leads to stress, anxiety, low self esteem and depression. To survive your mind clings onto things that make you feel good. Food, like drugs, will give you an immediate mood boost. Since your outside environment feels bad this food is a way to make combat that feeling. The worse you feel the more you’ll eat, thus an addiction is born. Find a therapist that deals with complex post traumatic stress (childhood trauma).
Thanks for starting off with chocolate cake! Oh my goodness, I fancied a slice . If I may add my penny's worth on this one, I'd say : 1.It might be that you need to actually eat more, but better and in a different way. 2.Get to bed earlier so it's not so long since your meal and you start feeling peckish again. 3.Brush your teeth an hour or so after your meal. Your mouth is clean and zingy and you don't fancy foods so much. Anyway, you can indulge in two sweet things endlessly with no calories - our Docs!
I like eating because it feels really good. It's pleasurable. It makes me happy. Now I'm withdrawing because I'm constipated from eating fatty foods and it feels horrible.
So interesting and great advice. My parents were addicted to alcohol and hard drugs but I have no desire for either, and not out of being heroic or better than. Just luck of the Irish I guess. BUT I joking say that I got the Haagen Dazs gene. Food addiction or compulsion is a tough one. Have struggled my entire life with it. Thanks for your videos. So good!
I like you guys you are great! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. When you are urinating to the present at least make sure that you are not facing the wind that will keep you dry! 🤣🤣🤣🤣.
Fasting is one of the best ways to end it, just stay low carb when you break the fast. You will see when you fast just how much carbs drive bingeing and hunger. There's also many amazing health benefits.
I lost 100lbs. The best thing that worked for me is a simple reward/punishment system. If I was good all week I would deliberatley reward myself with something tasty but unhealthy. If I ate too much of a bad thing when I wasen’t supposed to I went longer without meals (fasted) and ate dry salads when I did eat. Followed up by working out harder, longer, more frequently. It’s just you holding yourself accountable.
Talking with Docs, another informative video! You should maybe do a video on how to lose weight when you can't exercise. This would be helpful for people with physical problems who cant exercise, especially people who need to lose weight while waiting for surgeries, especially hip or back surgeries.
It’s difficult for ppl who’s brains are wired for addiction…
That one bite just leads to more…
Some ppl actually need to abstain certain foods. It’s like alcoholics .. or other addictions.. 😢 .. it’s me. Very hard. I have that kinda brain.

That is awesome Dave !
You two and sometimes three are the Best ... you're Down to Earth and so approachable... You make me want to move to America! ❤
You guys are fantastic ! I love your programs, topics and speakers ! Thank you ! ❤❤❤
Thanks!
I find that when I eat very low carb, my cravings go away. It's the sugar and bad processed foods that feed my cravings.
For sure Joanne. It’s the refined carbs
I cut all carbs and sugar a few months ago and lost cravings and about 55 lbs. The carb based diet pushed since the 1980's is completely wrong.
@@TalkingWithDocs Got it. You’re welcome.
You guys are awesome and I really appreciate why you do. I’m going to take these tips to heart.
Doing our best Good luck
Thank you Doctors!😘
Welcome
Great video! Thanks so much to you two and doc Marrone. I read a recent report about reclassification of many foods as ULTRA processed. So much fat, salt, and sugar!
Yes it’s not good
How does she make ordinary doctor's scrubs look so cool?!
She’s a wizard
Because she doesn’t have a food addiction! 😂 but she totally looks great. ( of course the docs look great too!)
The tuck! 👍🤗
Tall and skinny. Never had a weight problem.
She can tuck in her shirt, because she doesn't need so much shielding from patient body fluids.
Ice cream. I enjoy every spoonful. Last as much as first! Honest. Love all the ideas she presented, thanks !😊
Welcome Barbara
Thanks docs good information. Thanks for all you do.
She is so refreshing!
Sure is
I eat dessert everyday.
Keep it up!
6 hours may be normal to you. Everyone's sleep needs differ. I have a strange one lately: 6 hours one night..then I get up at 4a one night..go back to sleep around 5 and sleep till 8..the next day? 8 hours. Weird.
One of your best episodes. And thanks for your honesty!
Thank you Dr's. Those are some very helpful tips.
Welcome Barb
Thank you for this information!
Welcome
Kind of like quitting smoking, which I was able to do. .... Thanks for this.
Thank you doc ❤
Welcome Fancy!!
"If you're being chased by a bear, don't reach for the maple sugar bacon. Run!" LOL. You guys are the best thing to ever happen to RUclips.
Thanks Jim doing our best !
Remember - if you are being chased by the bear, you don't have to be super fast.... Just faster than the other person being chased by the bear.
After just having our daughter, I used being super tired from that as an excuse to get back into emotional eating and it sucks. I was rocking it prior and for some reason, my brain just took having a kid as a GO to head back into bad habits.
I needed this channel 20 years ago. Maybe I wouldn’t now have three arteries that are blocked 50%.
Sorry to hear that Tim
This is pretty darn wonderful! Thank you!
Just came home from the golf course, starving, so after watching this video, I ate two oranges. Great video!
Nice Linda
One of your best videos. Very helpful
Thanks!
May you both have a great day .❤️
Thanks so much Janelle
Thanks for sharing! Love the advice. It's always a pleasure watching you two!
Big Broccoli!!! Solid laugh off the top. Thanks as always for the solid “hack free” info.
You bet!
Great video! Super informative and helpful. Thank you guys!
Welcome Jessie!
Great video. Thanks for being real! It's refreshing as opposed to the do-as-I-say type.
All your Drs are so good & funny. Good advise & reminder to everyone of us to do better of our health. Thx you Drs looking forward to next great episode.
Welcome Anna
Great video! Thanks for these great strategies! ❤
Welcome!
Good day
Really good information - these segments were you include experts in other areas of medicine is greatly appreciated, it is very informative.
Have you thought about a segment on "Autophagy"?
Regards
Larry
Yes that’s on our list !
Thank you for this amazing video. Losing wt. was easy when I was younger but at 70 I need a new perspective. I now won't beat myself up and continue doing everything I can every day. I eat very clean but lbs. are coming off one by one which is so frustrating.
Slow and steady Judith
@@TalkingWithDocs thank you for the encouragement.
Better than not peeling off at all!
Guys - thank you!!
I'm definitely going to give this a try. Thanks for sharing!
Welcome
1. Mindfulness - learn to recognize your feelings
2. Take your time - try to understand the uncomfortable feeling. Set a timer for 10 minutes and find something else that gives you pleasure that had nothing to do with food. On the spot, costs no money.
3. Get used to get used to being uncomfortable
4. If nothing this works for you, have a very tiny piece of what you're craving.
Nice summary
@@TalkingWithDocs Thanks. I'm researching ways to lose weight.
Amazing Canadian content! I am liking, subscribing & sharing. 👍🏾
Action is the Super Power!
It sure is
Lemon sorbet is to me what chicken wings are to Paul. If lemon sorbet is not available lemon ice lollies, no other flavour will do. And the more sour they taste the better. Many thanks Drs Paul and Brad and Dr Marrone for a very informative, interesting, amusing and helpful video
🍋 very welcome David 😀
I’ve loved this video, please can we have more on eating 😊
We will work on it
Great talk, docs! I’d just like to point out that leading with a delicious looking piece of chocolate cake wasn’t maybe the best idea, I feel the urge to bake one coming on😳
Guilty as charged
🤐🥴😂
Yes, Dorothy - I really fancied a slab .... sorry, slice of chocolate cake after that opener!
Very good topic and good presentation of information. You guys are the best!
Great advice thanks yall!
Great video! I am looking forward to trying this, not only with food but other things as well. I think it will definitely help with cutting back on smoking, too. Thanks so much! 😊
For sure
Thanks I'm really struggling I will try some of these tips…
I saved this one. I’m going to find that doctor you mentioned and check his books. Thanks
Welcome
Great video!! Had to share.
Glad you liked it
What I struggle with is I don’t want to replace one bad habit with another.
Very welcome!
At 10:15.... One of my favorite sayings I try to think of when I succumb to a craving is "The banquet is in the first bite." I just wish it worked to stop the craving right then more often! 🙂
Yeah it slows it down
Thank you for this and all your videos. I work remotely and I’m most weak as I think of eating while working
Yes Nancy. It's just so easy to snack
The only reason I eat is because I’m breathing and I have a neck, but I only eat when I’m alone or with someone. To me, chocolate is a food group. As for ice cream, the thrill wears off after the 563rd bite.
Awesome
😁
Could not agree more
To get over your food addiction you need to do some inner child work.
Thanks for sharing
Awesome video!!! Thank you!! 🩷🌞
Welcome Cindy
Thanks for starting off with chocolate cake! Oh my goodness, I fancied a slice .
If I may add my penny's worth on this one, I'd say :
1.It might be that you need to actually eat more, but better and in a different way.
Now that is very sweet Clare. Love your advice. And the en so much for watching
I like eating because it feels really good. It's pleasurable. It makes me happy. Now I'm withdrawing because I'm constipated from eating fatty foods and it feels horrible.
Untreated / undiagnosed ADHD is a major issue
So interesting and great advice. My parents were addicted to alcohol and hard drugs but I have no desire for either, and not out of being heroic or better than. Just luck of the Irish I guess. BUT I joking say that I got the Haagen Dazs gene. Food addiction or compulsion is a tough one. Have struggled my entire life with it. Thanks for your videos. So good!
I just put away a pint of strawberry Hagen Daas 😢
I put this on pause and had some ice cream. Did I miss anything?
Sweet
I like you guys you are great! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. When you are urinating to the present at least make sure that you are not facing the wind that will keep you dry! 🤣🤣🤣🤣.
Yes that’s bad!
Your videos enlighten & entertain me. Thank you!
Ive found i mostly eat at work, eapecually on my breaks. So my best way to combat this is work through my breaks and only take my lunch.
That's tough though.
@@TalkingWithDocs meh, my job isnt really difficult enough to warrant breaks every 2hrs anyway. It's just kinda a formality thing
Fasting is one of the best ways to end it, just stay low carb when you break the fast. You will see when you fast just how much carbs drive bingeing and hunger. There's also many amazing health benefits.
Nice
I lost 100lbs. The best thing that worked for me is a simple reward/punishment system. If I was good all week I would deliberatley reward myself with something tasty but unhealthy. If I ate too much of a bad thing when I wasen’t supposed to I went longer without meals (fasted) and ate dry salads when I did eat. Followed up by working out harder, longer, more frequently. It’s just you holding yourself accountable.
Thank you for sharing and congrats!
As a nutritionist im aware theres a lack of education in the LEPTIN hormone. Our hunger switch off button.
Big broccoli is a little too powerful. Darn tasty little trees!
Yes! 🥦
11:45 Our Weight Watchers lady said we all slip, but don't let a slip become a slide.
I have found that a shake for breakfast, a shake for lunch and a sensible 12 pack for dinner and I will chase Bears! lol
Oh man
I really want to hear more from Dr Marrone, but can't find anything online!
Talking with Docs, another informative video! You should maybe do a video on how to lose weight when you can't exercise. This would be helpful for people with physical problems who cant exercise, especially people who need to lose weight while waiting for surgeries, especially hip or back surgeries.
That’s a great idea.

One fantastic, easy way I’ve found to avoid Five Guys hamburgers and fries is to live in a small town that’s 50 miles away from a fast food outlet.
Nice. Isolation therapy
