Still using the old motor (not AC-35 yet) however with the new Curtis 1238 550Amp controller. 80x NiCd cells 25 Ah (they should deliver 600 Amps however I do not think they are able to do so right now)

What happened to the original fiat gearbox it couldn't take the power?
Are you using a clutch?

the original gearbox is very loud - you can hear it. There is no clutch. I have done so far 30 000 km so its working :-)
