      Fruits work best when eaten at breakfast or mid-morning. If missed, can be taken in the evening as well. Vegetables can be taken at any time whether for breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the form of dry or curry vegetables, salad, or juices. Hope this helps:)

    I have seen a few videos which say spinach should not be consumed before blanching it. As it may contain worms etc. your suggestions?

      Blanching is not enough. Buy good quality spinach, when eating raw form, it is better to soak it in diluted vinegar or salt water solution for 2 minutes before rinsing with cold water. hope this helps:)

      You can have it in both form. Only few precautions you have to make, as raw spinach with calcium or iron rich food is restricted because they bind with it and decrease their absorption, while in smoothies you are not supposed to add any calcium or iron foods, instead you are adding only greens.       Follow as per the doctor's advice. Yes, cauliflower is to be avoided, but, if TSH levels are normal you can have it in moderation and in cooked form, no need to avoid lemon.       Avoid it. Have other foods as mentioned, apart from it, you can have broccoli/cabbage/radish/winter squash/kale/turnip/beetroot. Hope this helps:)
