Arken Zulus HD 5-20X lrf. Night vision.

- First time out with the Arken Zulus 5-20 , trying to get a feel for using the unit. No shooting done.
Excuse the wobble at times, I was holding freehand and in freezing conditions and trying to remember where the buttons were.
IR was on auto for the whole time and in flood position, didn't adjust for the long distance. For a first outing I'm pleased with how I got on with it.
Sytong LRF or zulus
Which one is best
I want to purchase one of them
hi, iv no experience of the Sytong ,from what iv read the zulus is best .
I notice a small red square in the cross hairs, did you have the Ballistic Calc' working to? if so can you show us how it was set up?
Hi @jamesbowskill362 , yes ballistic calculator was on , yes ill try and put a video together about it , it relatively easy , you need, FPS ,scope Hight , the app now has a pellet database so no need to search for the pellet coefficient .
The IR beam in this video looks floody. How small can you focus the IR beam?
hi, yes this is on max width , it does close down to more of a spot . Cant say size , not really tried ! will have to record a little next time I'm out .I usually leave as is and put IR on auto setting does what I need.

hi, thanks for the comment. it made me chuckle 😂 .I know a bit wobbly but new scope in the dark probably not the best way to try it out for the first time .
For god sake get a tripod all that shaking is making me sea sick, you can't hit anything moving about that much.
Hi, sorry you felt a little sick 😐 this wasnt a shooting trip ,just trying out the scope ,I should have familiarize myself with the buttons first 🙂
