What I appreciate so much about your videos is your acknowledgement that there is not just one way to do things, and that failure is normal. I have OCD and ADHD and I struggle a lot with fatigue and time management, so I often find that advice from neurotypical coaches etc. can be counter-productive or just end up making me feel discouraged. I love that you provide so many useful tips and strategies while reinforcing that life is unpredictable and that different people respond to different things. :)

The majority of people who don't have issues like these, typically don't get it, and oftentimes it causes more anxiety, which only feeds the cycle. The struggle is real, but stay strong sister. I get all motivated and PMA and set ABSURD tasks for myself, like 5am Club stuff which inevitably fails and my systems and habits go to shit after a week or so. I'm amazed by how timely your videos always are with my current life. But I think it goes to show how we're all more similar than we think; despite living in different countries, with different lifestyles...we all have stories we can relate with, stories we can empathize with, and I think it's through these stories that we feel less alone and more hopeful that we can overcome them.
So thank you Struthless for making me feel less alone, for making me feel empowered, and for giving me so much practical tips and wisdom through your videos (I've been super grateful how frequent they are too!)

I did this exercise on Sept. 30th (2022) and today it's Nov. 3rd, so, almost five weeks in. The relief and sense of direction has been enormous. I feel satisfaction knowing I'm working toward the things I've decided are most important. I have patience for the life projects and goals that I've decided *aren't* on my 'most important' list for this stretch of time--I'm no longer worrying I'm 'not doing enough' for them because they're simply waiting their turn. Thanks to the habits I set up with this system, I actually finished a new piece of music for the first time in years, and I adapted these steps to reflect on that project and figure out what the next one will be.
Basically, this was one of the most effective and clarifying tools I've ever tried. Thank you.

I’ve been in a rut because I’ve felt like I haven’t been very productive, but when I take a step back, I realize I’ve accomplished so much
A list of a few things I’ve done since the first time watching:
    - (Sorta) got over my fear of driving and got my license
    - Got accepted to college after two gap years thinking I couldn’t go back (and got scholarships and grants, so I won’t have to pay anything!)
    - Started selling journals on Amazon
    - Opened an Etsy shop for digital prints
    - Got my first freelance writing gigs
    - Started going out way more with friends and even went on a little road trip out of state, etc.
I’m glad I stumbled across this video again. You are a wise guy indeed! Thank you 🙏🏾

I think the bit where you evaluate the reasons why some goals were achieved and some were not is so interesting. I haven’t smoken since and, boy, did I had people offering me those, but I simply did not feel like smoking. I have been walking too, long distances, and I decided I want to run a São Silvestre by the end of the year and for the first time I feel like I'll be able. I've been journaling a lot more since I found you and I love your prompts and how much I've been rethinking my life.
I was in a really dark place, pretty much that paralyzing anxiety from the beginning of this video, but I've been feeling like things will work out. Thank you.
I wish you all the best ❤

The start of your vid resonates with me so much: Couple of minutes past midnight last night I was actually panicking a bit when I saw the date changing into June and actually talked to a friend how we´re basically at the half the year mark now and how we didn´t accomplished any bigger plans or dreams yet haha
Thank you for the vid and for the really realistic and practical tips , it actually helped me to calm down. Gonna go and take some action now. :D

This one hits harder now( Because it's like seven months already. And I'm really struggling on the 'why I deserve it' section. I came up only with the idea that I've been saving money for several years for this endeavour, and it means I had to self-discipline financially at least. Nothing else seems to indicate I'm entitled to success because I guess I haven't grown professionally.

It took me 2 hours to sit and fill this whole thing out but I'm so glad I did. Having the "why do you deserve this?" At the very end was incredibly useful for me. I've made these kind of journals constantly for many years and it's been hard to actually stick with it but I feel like this one has actually left me with a simple system I can work with and adjust, despite being a massive perfectionist.

A clean room and organized wardrobe always helps me to actually think about what I want to accomplish because I have the space and can see all the materials I have to work with to accomplish those things when it’s clean.
