The analogy at 3:00 actually described the state of my mind in my current life where there’s an extreme positive force that comes from some place limitless that wants to clean up and builds up all this energy but everything else in there wants to Shame and guilt the positive force so much so that that built up energy gets turned into helplessness

Fair enough. That’s a pretty horrifying thing to believe. He himself has said that “It’s too terrifying a reality to fully believe” I’m with him. It’s a heavy burden for someone who’s spent their life not believing.
I loved my career City Bus Driving job. It was my family.
I foolishly retired. Tried to return!, but wasn't allowable.
Stress was extreme , caused insomnia and anxiety.... then severe Depression. Im unable to even do, or go anywhere. Like being mentaly paralyzed .
This indecent had literally destroyed my life.!, mentally and physically. Like im in a cell, chained up, unable to move , even if I wanted to, i cannot.
Summary:

1. Something simple like making up your room can have a big impact on you.
2. Develop small goals each day and achieve them.

For some people... Repenting can be dangerous. Constantly going littler and littler and littler. .... Being sorry for everything when that was your life.. Claim it. Live it! No one is a throw away.

Repent should mean the realization that a person might have made some mistakes... But still.. don't throw yourself away ...everything was apart of the journey of who you are today and each person is apart of God. Don't be sorry for your existence.
