Things need to be crossed out completely or changed slightly to reinstate rights afforded through the Carmack amendment that brokers try to take away via contract. If the contract is no good you don’t sign a web portal contract, you request a pdf Version so you can edit it. Putting out a video on how to sign a document is tantamount to explaining how to wipe your ass. It’s something people should already know how to do. All the details you didn’t talk about because you don’t know yourself are the important details. Your public journey is scary to me. You make it seem easy so more people duplicate your path. It makes it harder for well informed people to stand up for their rights when uninformed carriers just click and sign these things.
