I bought this exact piece for one of my sons. It suits his colouring and slim wrists perfectly. I agree with Abdullah's comments on the quality of the finishing. It is excellent, even compared with my Rolex Explorer 214270. I haggled a 20% discount off the retail price, so that made it even sweeter. I am now seriously thinking of getting one, although more likely going with the 40mm. I will likely go quartz, as the price is just incredible, and I have more than enough autos already, so don't need to increase my servicing liabilities to be honest.
Great review. The 35mm will fit much nicer on the wrist than the dimensions might suggest. I need a second gold watch. And this quartz Tissot is the perfect grab and go… I’m buying it. Thanks for the video.
I do not know how men feel about 35mm, but as a woman, I was thrilled to see a metal watch with a real unisex look, suitable for my 14.5 cm wrist size. Currently waiting for the baby blue to be delivered. Very nice, balanced, well-rounded review. Keep up the good work! 👍
I do really like the PRX, had the 40mm but was too much for me and parted with it, would love the 35mm but not sure on the colours this time. Wish they'd have stuck with stuck with the 40mm's colours instead of these, then I'd have been tempted.
Yeah, not sure why they decided in different colors this time around. It’s not like the 35mm is going to cannibalize their 40mm variant, since people that are looking for the smaller size wouldn’t have kept or even bought the 40mm in the first place anyway.
Was it too much in terms of case size? Or what changed your mind? Have you got your eye on something else? Or already pulled the trigger on something else? ❤
hey could someone please help me with the bracelet measurements? just got my 35mm and gonna get a custom leather strap for it but couldn't find the measurements anywhere
I'm not sure about the strap size on this because of the unique design. If I were you, I'd just visit a Tissot boutique and enquire about the strap options because they do have lots of straps there at the store. Even if you don't buy them there, at least you'll get an idea about the size and style that may be compatible with the PRX.
@@dawarnadeem4858 nobody is mentioning that this watch doesn't have a beze so its just all DIAL... so literally the dial itself extends all the way to the case end, no wonder it wears bigger
I went for the green automatic and It’s very nice and comfortable. Also very accurate for an automatic at this price. I wish the gold suited me. I got the old school Casio watch that comes in gold (I’m sure you know the model I’m talking about) and I don’t think it suits me. I almost don’t even care though because If it gives me pleasure then I’d go for it. Next time I’m at the local watch shop i will ask to try it on. My pride and joy is my omega Speedmaster sapphire - the latest edition with that lovely new bracelet. However, this watch is worth more money that I have in the Bank so the sensible part of my brain keeps telling me to sell it. I luckily got it before the 1000 pound (GBP) increase, so I haven’t lost money on it. I’m having enough fun with my sub 1000GBP watches such as the Tissot and G-Shocks, but the speedy dial is mesmerising to me. Especially at an angle which shows the dial more and all of the little details your average joe wouldn’t even pick up on. It’s only short coming is the micro-adjust. If I go for a gold PRX id follow your advice and go for the 35mm, but my green one looks great in 40mm. At a glance most people think it’s black, and they also don’t pick up on the waffle dial. 640 GBP is still a decent amount of cash, but I feel more at ease than in my 6400GBP watch that is worth more than my bank account 😂 Watches are proper addictive and to us watch fans we are never content and are looking for that next fix. 😅😂❤
10:54 The actual issue is that achieving alignment perfection is very difficult. 11:28 I think this is just them being a salesperson. It is not necessary for all this to be done for a battery change.
Thanks for the nice review! How does the fit and finish compare to the Tissot quartz Gentleman? Which one do you think is the better watch for everyday wear (for the PRX I am referring to the deep blue or silver references). I already have a quartz Gentleman and I am considering getting the PRX too. Thank you!
I have to have this watch! Great review! Question please..I have a Datejust 36mm. Will this 35mm look slightly larger due to the lug to lug design..thank you!
great review! i can't wait to see this in person. i'm typically not into gold anything as i tend to think it's too flashy for me. but maybe since this one is smaller i can pull it off. do you think the gold plating is durable? what i'd hate is for it to fade over time and i might stop wearing it.
I did ask about the durability. The salesperson told me that since it's not real gold, the color will fade over time. The case might get a rose-gold effect. As for the bracelet... you could just replace it with a strap down the line.
Faded gold is best because it is no longer too flashy. When I get gold plated, I wear it as much as possible so it can fade as soon as possible. I would pay extra if they had a way to make it faded out of the factory.
Not sure, but just know that because of the strictly linear design + integrated bracelet, the watch feels much larger than 35mm. I usually don't go smaller than 38mm (unless it's a vintage piece), but this 35 sat perfectly on my 6.23 inch wrist without looking too small. In fact, the 40mm PRX feels way too big on my wrist, even though I'm used to wearing 42mm Seiko's. My advice would be to try out the watch at a boutique just to be sure.
I think 40mm would work better on you. 35 might be a bit too small (unless you're looking for the vintage aesthetic). Best thing would be to try them out at a Tissot boutique 😉
I have a 7.5 inch, the 40 mm is just to damn big. I went for the 35 mm and after a couple of days to get used it, let me tell yo i prob won't ever go for a watch above 36 mm ever again. It's just the perfect size.
This is the video i was searching for soo long. Really nice review as well. Just a tip... Maybe wear the watch a bit higher 😅 it looks off if you wear it under the wrist bone
Thanks a lot! And yeah, I get that. But since I won't be keeping this watch, I didn't want to make it fit me too well because my wrists are too small lol.

Excellent review as usual Abdullah, really enjoyed it. You're making me warm up to the quartz version quite a bit. Would you consider getting a leather strap for it once they'll inevitably release them for the 35mm as well?
