um actually no you got it twisted 4:48 if you wanted to appeal a violation (including suspensions) you go to the privacy and safety page > account standing > click on the violation you want to appeal, and then once you see the violation details pop up, click on "Let us know" and then click next and then click on the reason why you think the appeal was wrong and then write descriptions on why the appeal is wrong/why you should be giving a second chance this makes responses faster than the support page
when i click on "let us know" it just brings me to the support website and it doesnt allow me to appeal directly from the app so i think discord removed this feature which sucks because the support website never lets you get in touch with real humans, i guess my account is gone for something i didnt do :(
My account got suspended recently two days ago and I did used the way u told about in few videos and I have got 3 violation and 3 mails from discord till now could u tell me do i have to send the proof again cause I have already send one pls help 😢
i got banned from underage, i still sent 2 tickets and tickets are same *, first one is 'open' and second one is 'Solved' rn what i need to do i got banned like 14 hours before
