So, I got curious about that WHAT!!!!!!! level. Turns out, just a couple blocks to the left of the hidden block Simple found is a hidden vine that leads to a hidden cloud. You can beat the level in twenty seconds.
Clear check time was 8 minutes, does that imply they added a dev path to the level... only to not even use it?

Looking at the level layout, it's *possible* the 8 minute clear time is just their earnest attempt, or maybe an intentional delay to fool people. The first clear that was completed by someone else was roughly 3 and a half minutes, so you decide which it is.
In any case, the cloud looks to *not* be a dev path. It's clear that the intended use is to use it to grab a hidden key high above the Boo Rings at the start, which is used with other keys, to unlock a Blowey Joey which lifts you up into a tunnel to the goal post. I think the creator didn't realise you could use the cloud to just... skip the Blowey Joey.
Honestly, all they had to do was add an On/Off dotted block in the tunnel (since you need to hit a switch anyway to free the Blowey Joey) and the cheese is impossible. Also, think of a better use for the keys (there's an optional room where you use two keys to... grab another key)

Look, I can't deny that for some people, the dinner with Jay-Z is a good idea... BUT, for others, his insight doesn't really necessarily help with their career paths. Sure he has knowledge, but only in a particular industry which may not be helpful to others. And not to mention, it's not definite that he'll even bother talking to you during a dinner, he might just chow down on a burger and leave.

It has just occurred to me that "Trollhouse of Horror" is a play on "Treehouse of Horror"
I think you're right. It's pretty easy to miss, but there's a Homer Simpsons reference hidden in the level.
I think each puzzle room is a reference to a Treehouse short, too. The first room is the school bus from the short based on the Twilight Zone plane gremlin.
The homer face is trapped in the third dimension like in Homer^3, the skull platform room has Kang and Kodos, the room where you can’t kill anything is based on the bit in Time and Punishment where homer tried not to kill the dinosaurs.
