Thanks most informative 😊
Cacao nibs any good?
Yes but not the same as ceremonial cacao
The Maya used cacao nutritionally profusely. It has to be cacao, which is 100% intact, not the denatured cocoa generally consumed as chocolate. I've been using raw organic cacao from South America regularly, since 2010, never been ill. Use hot water at 45 degrees centigrsde, only, not boiling👍😬🇬🇧
QUESTION FOR COLIN : So I went to the happy mind happy you website, and there is no link to buy this cacao ? Will the link be coming at the end of April when you will be getting more product in?
Thank you. Yes there is a ‘pre-order’ link on the website. The new batch is due on the 23rd April so will get to you by the end of April 1st Class Signed Delivery. As soon as it’s in, it’ll be posted out 🤗🙏
Kambutcha very good home made helps tummy
Kombucha is amazing but it doesn’t have all the other minerals that we need. It also has up to 67% more antioxidants than blueberries 🤗🙏
What about oxalates??? ❤
Yes , that is a concern .
Can you use it to replace cocoa in your baking, ie chocolate cake ?
Yes
Just now discovering this fabulous combination? Add a little honey and ghee on top of it.
They make cocao juice. Its good.
Trader Joe's has it
Alcohol for me please , plus my coffee when I'm not drinking ,plus I have my dark chocolate so I'm covered 😂

Red wine 4 me ...lemon ginger tea in morning coffee after it ....1 mug of each ....not the wine though that's a bottle 😂😂😂😂😂
Belgium choc the best
Is there one brand of Cacao that’s better than another?
Cacao is rich in magnesium. Great.
Sounds great and calming, dose it make you gain weight?
bahahhaha
Ah different cacao why most hot choc gives me a caffeine headache far worse than coffee. Yea, I’d do this drink of the gods!
If you get a headache from
Cacao, water will dilute what’s in your system 🤗🙏
@@ColinWyatt333 hot chocolate mixes. Heavy coffee drinker so the stuff is loaded!
Is coconut milk an option?
Yes any plant milks works 😃
Love this
Thank you so much 🙏💕
I'll have about 10 to 12 cups of coffee a day. I will cut down..💯🇯🇲🇬🇧👍
A few shots of Bourbon seems best for me as a night cap - has its own magical qualities ! (Hold the cacao, thx all the same ! No doubt good for some, the "Mrs" likes it )
Whats that reptile egg thing on the table?
It is a cacao pod
It's where real chocolate comes from
Yes it’s the Cacao pod where all the chocolate beans come from 😊
What's the shelf-life please?
Where’s the lovely Julia she’s normally behind the scenes fiddling with the camera 🎥
Magic health drink , both bald ! Excellent stuff eh?
Shame about the oat milk. Oats go through a hight amount of process to get into milk not to mention its full of pestiside and it's been geneticly messed with.
You can use any plant milk or even water. I did mention that on the show
@@ColinWyatt333why not real milk which humans have been drinking for thousands of years? Not processed plant milks invented by the globalist food corporations. Real milk has far more nutrition than plant milks.
We even have a pure chocolate from it.
Very true
Richard teeth crowding and poor jaw development is also due to soft food from an early age. Not enough chewy meat!
Yep but there's mewing to fix that. It's on yt. Dr. Mew I believe. Quite amazing results!!
@@neva.2764yes makes a big difference, but I'd still suggest we should feed our babies and kids proper meat to chomp on and the nutrient density of supplies.
How much Cocao powder would you use for one mug ?
We don’t use powder, it’s different as cacao powder has had the essential fats removed.
@@ColinWyatt333 So powder is no good...? Where can I buy the correct stuff?
I agree that cocoa is a healthy drink, but it wont replace coffee. Most people dont care whether their diet is healthy or not, thats why many of them drink too much alcohol. When they reap the consequences of their folly in perhaps 30 years time, maybe they will regret it, but then it will be too late. Personally I'll stick to tea, but I also eat a lot of dark chocolate.
Keith's cacao is amazing 😍
If you like a Keith’s you’ll love this one. From the years of drinking cacao, this is by far the best tasting cacao I have ever had. 😃
@@ColinWyatt333 great how do I buy some?
My Fav nite time drink. Organic all the way.
I use organic* Oat milk powder & a touch of Hazelnut protein powder*, with a healthy dose of cinnamon powder & honey for sweetener & does it do wonders for sure❣️ 👌🏾😝🤎
St Lucia has the best cocoa
I thought it was spelt Cacao..? It says Cocao on the title :-o
It's cacao indeed.
Yes it’s Cacao, bless Richard 😂
Oh..hehe..he gets muddled sometimes but we love him for how he's trying to help us all ! :-)
I am a chocoholic, but I do like that "cash is king" sign in the background, cuz i've been wondering like whatever happened to that sentiment. Partic recalling how in-league-with gov't voices dissing bitcoin, which I agreed with, cuz of hackability, & now they want to do away with cash altogether. How's that for a 180 degree turn leaving us all spun by their spin.
@20:50 - host missed the point being made by the guest
Thank you so much 🤗🙏
Have a spliff instead of gorging on chocolate ? : )
Have a bong instead 🤣🤣🤣
I have been doing organic cacao in hot water with maple syrup in the morning for years. I do not like coffee .
So good for you and can cure cancer
There are many studies which do point to this being the case. Thank you for sharing 🤗🙏
@@ColinWyatt333 that's ok we must look after each other have a look at indigo herbs of Glastonbury and ancient purity and bobs best
Not alone.
Where is the best place to get this ?
Online or any healthfood store
Cacao is apparently healthier than cocao as being roasted at relatively low temperatures. Is it?
Cacao is so much healthier than cocoa. The latter is completely stripped of all its health benefits
