I found an application for the American Express Centurion Black card. There were a lot more benefits than I previously knew about before seeing an actual application for the Amex Centurion card. I just got approved for the Centurion. Had to go for a ride in my GT3 RS to celebrate.
After that, I woke up from my dream and warmed up my Subaru.
Centurion Flowers = Best Design.
But you hate on rose gold…. 🤦🏾♂️

These credit card companies successfully created this illusion of exclusivity but once you have the card that feeling die out quick. My barista stop giving that look a long time ago when I use the card.
And the lounges have turned into a spectacle.

Clarification: Centurion FHR has upgrades at time of booking at those aforementioned chains, whereas Platinum is at time of arrival. Not “the same” in that regard :-)

The centerion card is for the uber wealthy. they fly private and do not use airport lounges anyway. this card does not make sense unless you have a super high net worth, it is literally the same benefits of the platinum card. Platinum conceige will book trips, airfaire, change reservations, get tickets etc as well. How much better can it really be to justify 10k?
I have the Amex Platinum card along with 9 other Amex cards I would not pay a $5000 AF nor a $10,000 initiation fee haha! Yes I don't have the level of spend nor income but still be realistic 1x rewards on everything LOL I'd stick with the Amex Platinum which still has tons of status and perks! Yea you get in everywhere and folks are at your beck and call, I still wouldn't desire to hold this one. ✊
Oh for sure, it’s like a Louis Vuitton; not the best bag for the price, but it’s a good flex piece because everyone/most people knows what it’s worth. Definitely not worthy of taking up space in your wallet.
@@CalbyNg its a good flex for individuals with super high net worths. other than that folks should stick to their platinum cards as the benefits are largely the same. the annual fee doesnt justify the benefits.
I have the platinum Amex. Have been with Amex for decades.
If you fly and stay at hotels A LOT. Then it makes perfect sense as you'll most likely get to use a lot of the perks.

you forgot the rental car status, the Centurion card i think comes with Hertz Platinum and Avis President's Club status rather than Hertz President Circle and Avis Preferred Plus offered by the Platinum
Oh interesting, I didn’t see that on the application, good to know! However if I’m not mistaken I believe Hertz Presidential status is the highest status you can get, is there a higher one?

I thought this card was invite only, didn't know you could apply for it.
Yep still is, for the US version, for some reason the application was publicly available for a time; however, this application is only for foreign customers holding money in the United States. Apparently, their's isn't invite only which I found interesting. But I assumed the application was still similar to the US version and would be interesting to show everyone an inside look.

A lot of the benefits seem to be upgrades or special status, which give you nice perks or access to things you otherwise might not have access to. Most of these things seem to apply to travel-related stuff, though. This card would make sense if you travel a lot, otherwise, you're not going to get much value out of it.
For sure! And even then the Founder’s card may be a better option. Unless you have an Equinox membership

Your video is slightly misleading, as you didn't apply at all, and if your real area code is 929, you are not eligible for this offer anyway. The traditional Centurion Card is invite-only, and this video is borderline click-bait.
Yep, towards the end of the video I explained I just wanted to make a fun video and I found the Centurion application interesting. Just wanted to share what it looks like as there are not many videos about it. I also did explain in the end this was not a US Centurion Card application, but I assumed they would look similar.
This is one card I’d never want and never apply for. When people use that card at my business I just laugh and say what a fucking sucker. Do I wish I was as rich as them, sure would I ever get this card, no. I’m glad this wasn’t real I’d definitely unfollowed.
