The Centurion card is a flex card for rich people, plain and simple, that's why it doesn't have a sign up bonus. Having said that, I would definitely get one once I become one of those high valved individuals.

Just got my hands on the AMEX Centurion Black Card, expected a Rolls Royce experience but ended up with an old Ford ride. More like an email responder who works weekdays when you need them most on weekends. Concierge services are slow, often incomplete and handled by trainees who've sent me others' tickets by mistake TWICE. They talk about the "ask us anything" service, but they struggle with simple tasks like buying tickets from regional European airlines. As for the airport lounge access, you might as well be on their Platinum plan because there's virtually no difference. Higher ticket prices if you want their airport services, and a whopping 3.5% surcharge on overseas spending - 50% higher than others. I've been with AMEX for 28 years and this experience has been a disappointment. Tried to revert to Platinum and get a refund, but they'd rather lose a loyal client. Now escalating to Consumer Affairs and RBI. Beware of the hidden truth behind the shiny Centurion Black Card! Let's hold brands accountable for what they promise. It's not that bad but i agree with the unreliable service in the sense that they often misquote prices
