One of the most spiritual songs EVER, sung by the perfect Judy Collins, who is still one of the best singers on the planet!

Judy was and is one of the best singers ever. She and Joni Mitchell had 2 of the purist voices in the 70s.

Judy had a song written about and for her by Stephen Stills called Suite Judy Blue Eyes. Now you know why someone would love her so.

The song was the last one on Judy Collins' album "Whales and Nightingales." My grandparents bought the album shortly after my mother's passing back in 1973. My grandfather said that this was the best version of "Amazing Grace" that he's ever heard. A couple years ago, I came across the song on RUclips and played it for my sister. It brought back so many memories. My sister recently passed away and I used the song to make a memorial video for her. Thanks for sharing!

I bawl every time I hear this song. Judy's version makes me bawl even harder.

Another Judy Collins classic is her version of Send In The Clowns from the Stephen Sondheim musical A Little Light Music.

The best descriptor I've heard of Judy Collins's voice is "silvery."

If you like Judy Collins check out her album "Flowers." It is a truly beautiful play from beginning to end.
