In the Japan mission, it appears he looks like he is in "early twenties" in a patients report because of his strict exercise regime. He's probably younger because is thinner looking but he has more wrinkles in his face (crowseyes, his skin definition is also very different at 2:36)
I've always loved the Hitman series, ever since the first movie people have knocked the games and future possibilities for the movies, but I for real liked it. I guess it's one of those acquired taste things.
