Maangchi. After i make stock, when the stock is done i tske the kelp dry it off with psper towel. I cut it up sprinkle with a little salt and Sesame oil it goes perfect with a bowl of hot rice.

Especially, it's a kind of seasonal food in South Korea. It's hot and spicy food. It's one of my favorite foods in, especially, fall and winter. It looks delicious and this is a traditional cooking recipe of spicy soft tofu stew with beef. This recipe is a same one in which my mother used to cook for me when i was young. You can use spam or sausage instead of beef and there are lots of different recipes in fusion way. It reminds me of my mother's food. Thanks.

I made this tonight, only I used Impossible Meat (vegan beef grounds) instead of real beef! It is now one of the best dinners I have ever made, and it was so easy to make! Thank you for another excellent recipe.

I just made this with some venison backstrap that i made into a bulgogi marinade yesterday night. I got a large Korean earthen bowl for Christmas that serves 2 and cooks so well on the stovetop! Just made this soup with venison bulgogi. So delicious and versatile. The key is of course to get a wonderful stock made ahead of time. One of my 2020 highlights has been learning to cook various dishes from Korea on facebook. Made my apartment "Warm and Cozy". Thanks Maangchi!
